And that's a wrap for 2025, its been a crazy few weeks so thank you to all my amazing customers for helping to make it go as smooth as possible.. its been a pleasure making all your pups ready for santa, im exhausted so ill be having a well earned break now.

Huge thank you for all the gifts and tips everyone was so generous, I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and new year ❤️

Ill be back open on 6th January so all messages from over the holidays will be answered on evening of 5th January, its now family time 🌲🐶❤️❤️

Folks im fully booked sorry and have a large cancellation list already.. all reminders for this coming week will be sent out tomorrow evening so please make a note of your appointment time.. traffic is crazy as expected so please try and allow for that and be on time as if your dog is late I may not be able to take them, running over on appointment times has a knock on effect on the whole day and isn't fair on anyone.

I can't wait to see all your pups and get them ready for xmas, say a wee prayer for me as its gona be a busy busy week 😂🌲🎅🐶❤️

Folks if you can't make your appointment please let me know asap as ive a cancellation list and someone would really appreciate the slot.. I know things happen,im a small business trying my best to sort everyone..
I didnt want to have to do this but late cancellations ( less than 12hrs) will now require 50% of the groom price of missed appointment before another appointment can be made, no shows will require 100% of the missed appointment before another can be made.. ive no more slots available before I finish up for the holidays sorry, any cancellations will be offered to my cancellation list.. everyone is welcome to come down and take their own photo of their dogs outside my shop tho 🎉🎊🐶❤️

Just a reminder folks please be on time for your appointment or i may not be able to do your dog, traffic is crazy this time of year so please allow for that.. I cant run over on dogs if someone is late as that has a knock on effect for the rest of the day and affects everyone and isn't fair.. I'm fully booked so I'm sorry but appointments cannot be changed at all.

If you can not make your slot please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer it to someone on the cancellation list.
