The dog & cat charities we collect for are very grateful for your donations. 🐶🐱☺️🙏

However, there are a few items they cannot accept.

❌ Pillows & duvets
❌ Soft beds
❌ Cat carriers
❌ Cat litter

We can still take the following:

✅ Wet & Dry food (out of date is fine)
✅ Hard/plastic beds in good condition
✅ Collars, leads & harnesses in good condition
✅ Toys in good condition
✅ Clean towels & sheets

I know squirrels are not to everyone’s taste, but we love them.
Here is a lovely chap/lady having their breakfast. Picking some seeds off a squirrel stick and then getting some monkey nuts out of this lovely feeder.
All of which we sell. 🐿️❤️

There has been lots of concern regarding counterfeit Yumove products on the market. We have been in touch with Yumove and they have confirmed that you cannot identify counterfeit products by the packaging as the genuine ones vary.

The only way you can be sure that the product is genuine is if you buy direct from Yumove, the vets or from the list of retailers on the Yumove website, or most importantly of all, from your local independent pet shop who only purchases their stock from reputable wholesalers. ☺️

Unfortunately we have now been informed both our frozen orders which were due last Friday and today have both been delayed.
Both Natural Instinct and Natures menu will be with us this Friday 3rd January.
We have a few raw bones and some 400g blocks in stock.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.

Christmas delivery information.

There will be no deliveries of natural instinct to us the week of the 23rd December. If you require any please let us know before the 16th December for delivery to us on the 18th December.

There will be no home deliveries on Thursday 26th December and Tuesday 31st December.

We will also not be receiving an insect order on Friday 27th December. Therefore our last insect delivery will be the 20th December.

Story behind the names of our own brand dog and cat food.

As many of you know our fabulous own brand food is called Diggies. Named after the fabulous Diago.

Our cat food is called Lenny’s connoisseur, which is named after one of our gorgeous cats Lennard.

Lennard is named after Andy’s father, who helped Andy and Denise open the shop in 1977. 💜🤎🩶
