It is will the heaviest and a broken heart to announce that Strictly Paw Room has closed its doors for good and ceased trading with immediate affect
The hardest decision of my life that has literally made me ill, with covid crisis, and the financial world as it is causing spiralling costs plunging me into debts and a unit that was far too big that i struggled to maintain, I had to make this decision
I am truly broken that it has come to this and I cannot thank each and everyone of you for supporting me with SPR for the last 10 years I'm so privileged for the trust you have put in me with the furbabies, and the human friendships I have made
I have always said you are all my family and you always will be that's what makes thus so hard 💔💔💔💔
Every dog has left a pawprint on my heart that will stay with me forever ❤️❤️ always
I am sorry to each of you for letting you down but I will always be there for you and I beg that you still stay in touch

I will always keep my hand in grooming somewhere, even if it is only doing my own it will always be my passion

But now it's time to let my beloved Strictly Paw Room go 😭💔😭💔😭💔

Today is my last day of Christmas chaos and as tradition goes today will be dedicated to the ones at Rainbow Bridge 🌈
Every year it gets harder and harder and I dread to think of the 100s on the other side from my 30year career
This year tho has been another horrendous year and this Christmas way too many are missing from my salon ones who came for 15+ years 💔
I didn't save the tears for the last day, I've cried everyday😢 I miss them all so much 💔
Soo many of my long long time human customers left shattered and I'm so greatful for the ones who have still took time to come and visit me even tho it breaks us, remember it doesn't stop at them been groomed
I have so many human customers too who have hard battles to face and fight too just know I'm stood behind you always 💪
So my furbabies running riot on Rainbow Bridge and sticking 2 paws up at me cos you escaped your baths, this is for you

Definitely a diamond, unfortunately his owner has been involved in a accident and is devastated to have to let him go

POLITE BUT STRICT NOTICE
It's that crazy time again where the madness starts
ALL CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW LOCKED IN
I CANNOT be now swapping appointments
Please all arrive on time for appointments and collect on time, space is vital
Should you need to cancel it HAS to be at least 24 hours priory or a FULL appointment will be charged to you
Unfortunately time is money and I have to be harsh at Christmas I have been messed about a fair bit this year and let it slide
All services have to be paid for before leaving the salon or I will simply kidnap your dog 🤣
I will always try to have a quick chat with you after all you are my family, but I apologise now for the stressed look with maybe a bit of sweary mary language ( I know you love me for it) I AM RUNNING THE WHOLE SHEBANG SOLO THIS YEAR
For how busy it is I guarantee 100% the furbabies will still recieve as many kisses and cuddles as possible

Just had the devastating news that my pal Mr Oscar left us for Rainbow Bridge this morning
The boy who has given us so many scares these past couple of years, but always battled on
The boy who wasn't over keen on coming to the salon but was always a good boy
The boy who came to stay at my house quite often and would always run through the door jump on the sofa and settle down like it was his house
Myself and the kids especially tegan who you both had a special bond , will miss you so very much, you and your little ways
Woof you always .....Run free 🌈🐾

4 weeks ago I got the message to say Ben had passed very suddenly to Rainbow Bridge still a young lad yet again my heart broke 💔 as a pub he was a handful and defeated me once but we hung on in there and turned into a dream to do
Today Ben's owner came to see me a lady of whom has been on my books for 25 years I remember the 1st call with 2 bouvier let's just say I was 19 and papped my pants on a breed I knew little about but it turned out to be one I'd specialise in after studying it at great lengths, this lady brought a total of 5 of this magnificent breed to me
She watched me grow up and always trusted me, today was a sad day as Ben was to be her last dog (for now) another heartbreak as I've seen so many times now people I've dealt with for years also leave the secrets I hold through the bond of dogs is unreal, another part of my little doggy family went 💔💔 see I never ever forget any dog but I do also miss the owners

Today we lost Shakira (on the left) my absolute gentle giant who loved a cuddle, the patience of a Saint especially when lil whirlwind sister Micha came along
Il miss your little talking videos when you needed a appointment they always made me chuckle even on the saddest days
