As we are extremely busy at the moment, we are unfortunately not accepting and new clients, we really do apologies as we never like to turn customers away, we hope this will be a short term decision, and will keep everyone posted.

Government guidelines suggest that groomers can remain open in all tiers, BUT grooms must be essential, and the usual COVID-19 restrictions must be followed.

Please drop off in the usual way - inside the gated area and ring the door bell PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SALON, remove all leads, collars and harnesses.

If you wish to cancel your upcoming appointment please call us, or if there is anything you wish to discuss.

If you have an appointment from 29th Dec onwards we will be open, however the appointment must be deemed as essential under animal welfare.
If you wish to cancel your appointment please let us know.

Arriving for appointments please do not enter the salon, remain in the gated area and ring the door bell, make sure the gate is securely closed and remove all harnesses, collars and leads, and keep them with you.
Hand sanitiser is always available to use in the gated area.
