We love serving our clients and providing a top-notch service, but we need to address an ongoing issue that’s threatening the grooming side of the business.
I understand that life gets busy and unexpected things come up, but missed appointments without notice have a big impact on my business and income. This last week it’s been over £200 in lost revenue.
In line with our grooming terms and conditions, any client who misses an appointment without giving us 24 hours notice will be required to pay in full. If payment isn’t made in full we will cancel all further grooming appointments. We want to be fair to all our clients and ensure that everyone has a chance to enjoy our services.
Please remember to reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance to avoid any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality of service you deserve. 💕
