πΆπ±π° Happy National Pet Day! π΄π’πΉ
It's national pet day today and so what a fantastic way to share with you all our beautiful babies! You may have met the Linden House family already but now its time to introduce you to our family behind the scenes! π₯°
In this album you will see many of our fur babies including a lot of them being rescues.
The ginger cat you see first is beautiful Isla, she was rescued at just 6 weeks old and was brought in by a member of the public who had to save her from a fox trap! With this tragic accident she sadly lost a leg and so when our nurse rescued her, she called her Isla after the Isle of Man flag as it has 3 legs also! She is now living her best life!
The gorgeous black and white cat you see next, posing perfectly I must say, is one of our receptionists cats also that had been rescued from the public, her name is Missy and she came in at just 4 weeks old, frightened, dirty, full of fleas and we thought she wasn't going to make it over night as she was so cold! She definitely is a fighter and she is now 7 months old, growing and thriving and living a very spoilt life at home!
Similar story with the two cats you see after Missy, we have (Fred - ginger), (Bob - black), Bob was rescued at 6 weeks old from Roydon pond, actually found in the pond and has been deaf since a kitten and Fred was found at just 4 weeks old and has cat flu. Its the love and care that we give to these animals that make them so dear to our hearts and it's so worth it to watch the result of them having the best life!π
Many of the other pets you see in this album also have rescue backgrounds and stories to tell. It's what makes them even more special. We would be lost without them. So here's to all the pets out there that deserve a shout out and make sure you treasure them every day! π₯°
