I managed to get away on a little trip a few weeks ago. When we arrived at our hotel we were greated by a host of locals in our room! . 😂 Anyone else would of been fuming but I was quite happy. These species fascinate me! They are so resilient 🤯

Our newest rescue needs a name! 😀
This beautiful bearded dragon has come to the shack. Luckily, he is in great health and has had a loving home with a great family 😍

2 weeks ago, my favourite singer/ songwriter .on.toast alongside 'matt magic fingers' aka visited the snake Shack whilst playing Folk on The Farm 😃
This was so surreal as I have spent years listening to his albums whilst building enclosures and deep cleaning late into the night 😁
They were both great guys, and completely got what we are doing here to people about these animals 🐍❤️

This is our Leopard gecko eating his own skin! 🧐
Leopard geckos do this so they don't miss out on all those vitamins and minerals that are caught in their skin 🤯

This handsome man is getting his weekly bath 🛀
Dehydration is one of the biggest reasons why bearded dragons start to have health issues, we recommend giving your bearded dragons a bath for 20 to 40 minutes every week 😊

This weekend our for the day helped me feed our 😊
We do not show our tarantulas in our sessions.
Tarantula handling is very risky - not for the reasons you would think! They are actually very delicate themselves and get get hurt very easily.☹️
On our reptile keeper experiences our guests get to head 'behind the scenes' and learn how to care for a variety of animals 😍
This week Logan and connor helped me feed our , they were fascinated about how spiders eat their prey! 🕸️🕷️

Tonight we had a visit from Justin from the brilliant We Only Live Once] 🙌🏼
Justin is prepping to go on a experience in to release in to the wild in aid of his amazing charity 😍
He has been told that its very likely to come across wild which is a problem as he has a huge phobia of snakes 😁😁
Today he has overcome his fear and managed to handle a variety of our rescues 👏👏👏
