As we begin 2025, Iโ€™d just like to take the time to remind people of my business policies.

๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€, ๐—ก๐—ผ ๐—ฆ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜„๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—”๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜€:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the cost of the full amount of the groom. Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will incur 50% of the groom. No further bookings will be made until payment is received.
No shows will incur the full cost of the missed appointment. No future appointments will be made until payment is received.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, chances are I will not have time to complete the groom or complete it to standard. Therefore the appointment will be cancelled and payment will be required.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to collect your dog from their appointment this will incur a ยฃ15 late fee.
This will increase to ยฃ20 if it is passed closing hours.

๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜๐˜€:
A ยฃ15 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure appointments.
Appointments will be held for 24hrs pending a deposit. If no deposit is received within this time the appointment will be released to other clients.

๐—™๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€:
If your dog arrives with fleas, I unfortunately will not be able to groom them. This is to reduce the risk of fleas spreading to other dogs that enter the salon. The cost of the groom will be required in full.
If fleas are noticed mid groom, the groom will be stopped & a ยฃ20 fee will be added to the appointment price to cover treatment for the salon and equipment, towels etc.
Please ensure your dog is up to date with all vaccinations, flea treatment & worming.

๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜:
BACS (preferred) or cash is accepted.
I do not have a card machine, therefore payment by BACS MUST be made before your dog is collected, there is no signal in my shop to do a transfer there.

๐— ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด/ ๐—ธ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜€:
Please ensure your dog arrives with a well maintained and brushed coat.
If your dog arrives matted, this will incur an additional fee on top of the cost of the groom (price depending on severity of the matting!)

๐‚๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‘๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ฌ/ ๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
Please ensure all details I have for any owner/ guardian of your dog is up to date.
This includes (but not limited to): phone number, address, vets contact information, list of medications your pet is on and any ongoing vet treatment or health ailment.

๐—”๐—ด๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐——๐—ผ๐—ด๐˜€:
If your pet has behavioural issues that could put mine or their safety at risk, I reserve the right to refuse to groom.
Depending on the severity of the behaviour your dog may be turned away if at any point it becomes unsafe to continue the groom.
