Due to me constantly chasing people for payments via bank transfer, some taking multiple days!!!! Unfortunately payment must now be made on collection before leaving with your dog.

You wouldn't walk out of Aldi with your shopping and say you'll pay them later, so please do not expect this from me.

‼️ATTENTION POODLE MIX/DOODLE OWNERS!!!‼️

So, I am in no way shaming this customer and she has allowed me to put this on. It really is more for peoples understanding and awareness. Recently there have been so many people buying the poodle mix breeds and doodle breeds. Along with purchasing these breeds the breeders seem to be telling them not to get them groomed for the 1st year!! What I would like to say politely is that this is utter 💩

Unless you are wanting your pooch to be shaved to the skin and started again due to extreme matting, then I highly recommend you ignore the breeders and listen to your groomers!!

Not everybody has had dogs before and is knowledgeable about them, so understandably you will listen to who you got the dog from.

These breeds are more popular now than ever, HOWEVER, as beautiful as they are they are extremely high maintenance. Please do your research before purchasing ANY dog.

I will not allow any poodle mix to go longer than 8 weeks on my books as the fur just gets knotty and matted.

So, unless you want your pooch to go from left to right, please have a regular schedule for your dog from 2 weeks after their second vaccine!

Morning All!!! So I wanted to pop this post on for awareness more than anything. First, Luna was not harmed during this. Luna is one of my golden dogs. She stays still, she lets me groom her she is absolutely brilliant. Until Thursday. She came in and she wouldn't let me brush or touch her back end at all. Turns out when we worked it out she was due in season. When I say in my terms and conditions I won't groom dogs in season, THIS IS WHY. It can completely change their attitude and behaviour. Just like us women who get mardy, dogs do as well!! They could be the nicest and most perfect dog to groom, but then change all because they're in season. They have hormones rushing through their body just like women. Please make sure if your dogs in season you are rescheduling your appointment for the safety of them and myself. If you turn up for a groom with your dog in season, I will not be able to continue with the groom and you will be charged 100% of your appointment price. 🩵🩷

Monroe was probably the most vocal pooch I've had so far! She was such a happy little girl, I think she might have been trying to sing🙈😂

Roxie is absolutely mental but I love it!! Some people often ask why my grooms take longer than others and it's a few factors. 1. Im still only a newly qualified groomer and don't have the experience others do yet! So I take my time with the doggies. 2. I always give the dogs a break in between the washing/drying and cutting. Just so they can run around in the garden (secure of course) and go to the toilet if needs be. We have a little play time to ensure they have a good grooming experience 3. I am a perfectionist and have OCD😂 I could be staring at 1 leg for 15 minutes because I'm not happy with the way a piece of hair has dried hahaha! But all in all, as long as you're happy with how long it takes I'm happy. If you're wanting a quick in and out experience for your dog, then I may not be the groomer for you! Finding the right person for your dog is really important and a factor to consider when choosing a groomer🐶🩵🩷

Rosie came for a pamper today. She had a rough start to life😭😭 but honestly she has took it in her stride and now has the best Mum and family! She deserved all the pampering in the world today. She really has melted my heart this morning🥹🥹🥹
