*Late cancellations less than 48hrs notice will be charged £20 per dog.

Text reminders are sent out the day before as a curtesy to remind you about your appointment. It is your responsibility to make a note on your calendar about scheduled appointments.

I'm sorry if this seems harsh but the increasing amount of late cancellations is making it impossible to run my business. I'm turning work down everyday as my books are full!
I'm not a charity and my daily wage is needed to live on plus pay childcare so I can groom your pets.

Thankyou to all my customers that are keeping me in business. I do understand everyone has a reason for cancelling and some are due to ill health or bereavement but I can't run a business like this unfortunately whatever the reason it still is having a big impact.

Hi, just a few notices:

Due to the cost of living increasingly going up I have no choice but to put my prices up after evaluating my electricity usage with the new bills. Small and Medium breeds will be a £3 increase and Large dogs £5 from the 1st May.

I endeavour to run my business at a high standard providing a quality service with no add on extras. I use high end products/equipment and I have a shampoo and conditioner for every type of dog, if I don't have something suitable I will buy it in. If I cut costs by swapping to economy products this would reflect in the quality of my service which I can't justify doing.

I am happy to stretch appointments out longer up to 12 weeks providing dogs have a short maintenance cut just give me a msg to change your schedule.

Currently my books are full but I do have a waiting list for new customers.

I know the majority of my customers already do this, but can customers please make sure your dog has time to go to the toilet on arrival, I have poo bags available. The public footpath right next to the driveway is ideal or the front garden if necessary. I'm having dogs toileting in the salon as soon as they are dropped off. Unless a dog is with me for more than 3 hours I don't schedule time for toilet break walks.

This product is amazing for getting paws clean, especially all the grit and mud out and restoring the colour. So all the spaniels and cockerpoos that like the great outdoors, this would be good to have in the cuboard to use after winter walks. I have a few in stock 🐕 🐾 🧼

2 of my regulars have sadly passed rainbow 🌈 Bridge this week. They will be sadly missed. Sparkle was 14 and iv groomed her all my grooming years from been a puppy. She taught me alot especially how to deal with difficulties in behaviour issues whilst grooming. She never did like been groomed but we had an understanding with each other. I never really did get a cuddle of her as I didn't quite trust her that much. RIP Sparkle and Poppy ❤ 🌈

Had these 2 handsome boys in today. Haven't got a picture of my dad but he has become a great help in the salon some Saturdays when I have large dogs in, plus my mum who is chief baby sitter so I can still offer weekend appointments to my lovely customers ❤🐾
