That’s a wrap for 2024 at Pretty Paw’s! 🥰
Thank you so much to each and every one of you who continue to support us every year, it’s so heartwarming that the majority of our customers have stayed with Pretty Paw’s through most of our Christmas’s since we opened! And for those who have recently joined us, we hope to share many more years of looking after your furry friends too 🐶
We’d also like to thank those who gave us gifts and cards this year we really do appreciate it, it’s so kind of you! ❤️❤️
As for now we will be switching off our messenger so any messages received as of today will be replied too from the 2nd January when we re-open ☺️

This week we’re starting our Christmas pictures!! We will be offering these right up to Christmas ☃️🎄🎅🏻

For £5 per picture per dog we’ll take a picture of your pooch after their groom so we can create a Christmas picture unique to them and then send you the picture digitally 🎁🎉

If you have more than one dog we have a couple of options for you!

£5 per picture per dog will get you a separate picture each of your dogs and we will also give you one picture of them together for free!

Or

If you’d like just ONE picture of them together, the price will be £3.50 per dog 🐶

The choice is yours! 🥰 we’ll ask you when you drop them off, and we’ll see you soon 🎄🤶🏼

Policy update 💫
Please be aware if you miss an appointment without letting us know within 24 hours we may have to charge 50% of the groom, although if there is a valid reason we will waver it as we do understand some things are out of our control and things can happen. This also applies for late pickups we also charge £10 for every 30 minutes unless there is a valid reason.

Flea’s;
If we find live fleas on your pooches there will be a charge of £10 on top of the groom. This contributes to cover for the amount of extra time it takes to disinfect the whole salon and equipment with extra cleaning and flea products we use to prevent other dogs catching them in our salon.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all our customers who have supported us through the years from those who have been with us from when we started in 2017 to those who have recently come to us this year with Nic coming full time!
