I would like to take this time to wish and thank all my lovely customers and their 4-legged friends for your continued support and custom in 2024. Thank you also for my lovely gifts this Christmas so spoilt, thank you ❤️

We have had quite a year this year with several new dogs joining us from new puppies, rescues dogs from overseas, a rabbit, and to our oldest newbie of 13 years young. Unfortunatly though i have seen my worst year in losing some of my special four-legged friends to the rainbow bridge :-( each one missed and never forgotten. To them and their owners, you're in my thoughts this Christmas here is a special rainbow for each of them 😢

Christmas is coming and I'm nearly fully booked. If I don't have you booked in please get in touch so we can schedule your appointments.

I want to also remind everyone of my cancellation and no show policy. Unfortunately, in the past month of September I have had several no shows resulting in loss of earnings to myself and family.

Missed appointments will need to be paid in FULL before any future appointments will be booked.

Cancellation/reschedule within 48 hours of appointment start time will incur a 50% of the original appointment fee to be paid.

Anything altered with more than 48 hours notice will be rearranged with no charge.

Late drop off more than 15 minutes to an appointment will result in your appointment having to be cancelled and appointment to be paid in full.

Please ensure dogs are collected at times arranged times as late collections knock on to next appointments causing delays and additional costs.

Many thanks for your continued support and look forward to all festive grooms to come.

Charity update.

After supporting Michelle and Vic the girls have done another amazing job collecting for local dogs charity's. I took over the final contribution today. There will be some very happy dogs, charity's and kennels this Christmas.
