Due to holidays our collections next week won’t be on a 7 day turnaround due to not having a driver for a couple of weeks.
If you’re thinking about getting your rugs sorted before October drop me a message to get them picked up next week so they can be returned before the end of the month.

Outstanding payments
This is something I have tried to avoid doing but I don’t have the time and shouldn’t need to spend time chasing payments.
Payment is due the day your rugs are returned. I understand things happen and it can slip your minds but after numerous reminders that is no longer an excuse.
I am currently chasing over £500 in outstanding payments from various customers.
Ongoing if payment isn’t sent I will add interest, you wouldn’t go to do your weekly shop and say “oh I’ll pay you later when I remember” this is a business and my income I also have bills to pay.
Thank you to thankfully the majority of my customers who are prompt payers. Xx

We are collecting as usual next Tuesday but return will be 5th March, as I’m away on holiday from the 16th Feb.
If any messages come in while I’m away I will reply once I’m home as I might not have much signal.

We are back to normal again after a lovely break, collections are as normal with our 7 day turnaround.

In the near future we will be having a small price increase, this will be the first one in over 4 years.

Lastly due to a long awaited holiday (hopefully it happens this time) the collections on the last week of January will be on a 2 week turnaround

You have all been amazing this year while we moved house, built new business premises and built a new yard for the horses. Then I got covid to top it off 🤦‍♀️

I want to say a massive thank you to each one of you for sticking with us through all the stress, I do think I’ve shed 10 years🤣
