Mix - Freeze - Leave in fridge (I leave mine in the fridge as it set so hard in my freezer but it all depends on the temperature of your individual appliance).

Fabulous day at the Family Fun Dog Show in Stoford, Yeovil the other weekend. Ring side view of all the entrants into the arena and so lovely to meet lots of new people and they’re furry friends 🐾🐾

We’re currently driving (slowly!) down to Wembury ready for the start of the Two Moors Way challenge for

I’m walking with Matti for the first 16 miles then leaving him to it at Ivybridge. 16 miles will be a massive achievement for me so fingers crossed I don’t slow him down🤦‍♀️

I’m sorry I have been very quiet on here. I have been finding juggling the house, 3 kids & being back at work quite exhausting & sadly my beloved Reggie’s has taken a back seat. Instead I’ve been shamelessly using this platform as a way to help spread awareness of Bowel Cancer & it’s symptoms. Bowel Cancer continues to be the 2nd biggest cancer killer.
My other half is walking the Two Moors Way next month. 117 miles over 5 day to raise money for and their campaign to highlight to people & health care professionals the importance of symptoms & early diagnosis.
I cannot fit this into a post so I’ve had to screenshot it all. Thank you for taking the time to read this & consider a donation of my amount and/or words of encouragement…..all are greatly appreciated.

I’m taking part in the Weldmar’s Strictly Ballroom competition this year. I’m now 8 months in remission from Bowel Cancer (yey!) but bouncing my way through 2 minutes of dancing is proving tougher than I realised!🤪 Taking inspiration not only from personal experiences but also from the fantastic show put on by Stacey Dooley 💃

There are just 6 weeks to go until the final show at Weymouth Pavilion on March 17th.

£1 per vote and you can vote as many times as you like (for me to win that Glitterball Trophy💃) with all proceeds going directly to Weldmar, raising vital funds for our local Hospice.

If you want support me in any way by popping a poster up or by simply sharing this post, all will be greatly appreciated.
