Welcome to Moonchild!

I’m Steph – a certified Holistic Sleep Coach offering gentle sleep solutions for babies, toddlers and children. I’m also a mum to three young boys, so I know the struggle.

I’ve been exactly where you are: sleep-deprived, questioning whether my little one’s sleep was normal and not knowing where to start. I was desperate for a good night’s sleep!

I couldn’t face years of sleep deprivation, so I decided to do something about it. And it doesn’t have to be your fate either…

My mission is to help families reclaim their evenings and help their little ones sleep better. And you can do all this without leaving your child to cry alone.

My approach is gentle and based on scientific evidence. Plus, I’ll help you uncover any underlying issues that could be causing your little one’s sleep challenges – from allergies to separation anxiety.
