I contacted Claire as my ponies behaviour changed quite a bit and I wanted to learn how to manage this. Claire called me she was very easy to talk to and suggested I send her some photos so she could tell me about my pony before I said anything about him.

The assessment she made was overwhelming! She had Sonny's characteristics spot on. I never knew you could tell so much from a photo. I booked in with Claire straight away.
