This means that I look at them as a whole, providing support for their emotional well being as well as their physical needs. Using modern, positive and science backed methods and techniques, I work with your dog to not only groom them to a high standard, but to help reduce stress and keep them as calm and happy as possible during their time with me. Many dogs find certain aspects of grooming stre
ssful and frightening, so I work out where this fear is coming from and try to reverse it. I show them that the grooming salon doesn't need to be a scary place
I am a member of the Holistic Grooming Academy and am about to complete my Holistic Dog Grooming diploma, the only dog groomer in the north of Scotland to hold this qualification.

I’m closing from today for a few days to unwind and recharge.

Things have been pretty quiet on my socials recently, you’re all keeping me so busy grooming I’m struggling to keep them updated!
I’ll be taking some much needed time off from next Wednesday the 24th to the 30th July, then the 2nd to the 5th August.
My next availability is from the 9th Sept.

Hello! I’m Viki and I run Ultimuttly Groomed, Dornoch’s first and only Dog Grooming Salon and Spa. A little over a year ago, after meeting and spending some time with a fellow dog groomer, I decided to take the plunge and do my training. And I’m so glad I did!
It’s been almost a year now that Ultimuttly Groomed has been welcoming dogs with my client base growing every week. I’m absolutely loving meeting all the dogs who come to see me.
I have a strong environmental ethic and try to only use cruelty free and natural products at home. This has transferred over to the salon and I only use the same on my furry clients. Products from companies such as Wild Wash, Pro Pooch and Earth Bath ensure that no nasty chemicals can harm or irritate your dog. The services I offer, including my Spa Treatments ensure your dog will feel their absolute best after a trip to the salon.
As I work on my own, I only groom one at a time which creates as calm and relaxing an atmosphere as possible for your pupper. Which adds to the all round experience for them.
Ultimuttly Groomed welcomes all dogs of shapes and sizes and I’ll look forward to meeting your 4legged best friend soon!
