Clip’n’chip worked this morning in Broadstone then headed off at midday to the Jurassic Coast where walk 4 of our training took place. Studland to Worth Matravers.
We saw some swimmers braving the cold sea (all men), a man in a bath tub in a beach hut and lots of cows 😂. The weather was perfect with the usual windy cliff path but a fantastic result of a 12.02 mile walk finishing at the Square and Compass ready for a cold beer and a pasty which was welcomed.
A great effort from Lauren and Maisie and myself lagging behind wishing I was 40 years younger 😂😂
Well done girls. This was a tough one but all prepared for the 13th July 👍
A fun dog show at Hinton Martel fete today.
No rosettes but a fun day out and a lovely cream tea with the Etches family and of course the lovely Loki and Lara. 🥰

Our 3rd big training walk today along the Jurassic Coast after spending the morning working in Clip’n’chip .
Corfe Castle to Kingston 10.62 miles in preparation for the Big Jurassic Hike on 13th July in full support to Cancer Research.
It was a hot day. The hills were out of our league really but we managed it.
Great effort girls. It really was tough today 😂👍 our walk along the Jurassic coast was preparation for the walk. We are raising money for the charity so please call in to buy a raffle ticket. We have some great prizes.

Our first big practise walk for the Big Jurassic Hike yesterday.
Only half the distance so far but it was undulating terrain with some steep hills.
Walking officially on the 13th July over 13 miles to raise funds for Cancer Research.
It was a lovely day albeit Storm Catherine was giving us some blustery winds.
Well done girls it was a good training day. 👍
If you would like to contribute to the cause we are running a raffle board with some great prizes Including Dog Grooming Vouchers and gifts, as well as many other donated items.
All donations gratefully received for our fund raising if you come in the shop on Dunyeats Road, Broadstone.

When your day is this busy and all 4 tables are being used and even the largest dog is enjoying a cuddle, it is very rewarding that good teamwork is paramount.

Having opened the salon this morning to groom we have closed the shop until Friday afternoon as day 1 of Crufts tomorrow (toy and Utility breeds ) NEC.
As you can see quick swim in the pool and used the gym before eating dinner.

Xmas Day parade in Broadstone today had such a fantastic turn out and lots of effort put in by all to make it a very successful day.
