Please if you are walking in the New Forest keep an eye out for Cookie. Her owner messaged me and other dog walkers in the area tonight to ask us to spread the word. She must be beside herself with worry as Cookie has been missing for 4 weeks now. 🙁

Last walk of the day with my own pups. I took them to Mill Lawn at 7pm and not a soul to be seen. Absolute bliss 😍

I walked my cocker spaniel Ted at Holmsley Campsite yesterday and when we got home after a couple of hours he was acting very strangely. Involuntary twitching and a glazed sleepy demeanour. This is the video I took for the vets and there’s another one I’ve added in the comments. If any of your dogs displays these symptoms take them to the vet asap. After making him sick, doing a full blood test and him being on a drip over night in the emergency vets it turns out he was intoxicated . He had eaten something, most likely cannabis or something with cannabis in it, out on our walk at Holmsley. He hadn’t been anywhere else that day. I’m only posting these videos as I thought it was important that people are aware of how he reacted and if your dog displays anything like it take them to the vets straight away. I picked him up from the vets this morning and as we caught it early he is absolutely fine now.
