This beautiful boy is called Stripe and he came to visit us today for his castration and microchip. Do you think the lights were a little bright for him in the cat ward!?

We have had a black and white mummy cat and her little kitten brought in to us. They were found in a garage in Whitfield. She is not microchipped but is very friendly so maybe she has an owner somewhere? Give us a call on 01304 414141.

We've had a 5 year old female cat brought into us yesterday. She was found on Hazledown Close, in a tree for 3 days. She is microchipped but the details are registered in Surrey. Please share and help us get this cat back to its owner.

Last but not least of our vets is Chris! Most of you will know Chris who together with Julie, opened White Cliffs in 2010. He has a particular interest in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery and heart ultrasound (echocardiography). He is also an Official Government Veterinarian and so spends a great deal of time carrying out Animal Health Certificates for pets travelling abroad.
Chris as 4 Siamese cats and in his spare time enjoys tennis and DIY.

This is Yvonne. She joined us in 2022 having relocated from Derby to Kent - although she is originally from Scotland! She graduated from vet school in 2009 and has worked in both veterinary hospitals and first opinion practices. She is currently Kiki's mentor supporting her through her new graduate programme. Yvonne has two cats called Midna and Loki. In her spare time she likes anything japanese and computer games.

Introducing Julie! Most of you will already know Julie, who together with Chris, opened the Practice in 2010. Julie is passionate about animal behaviour and has a long list of qualifications in the subject. She receives a great number of referrals for behaviour cases to keep her busy!
Julie has 3 dogs, 2 cats, geese and sheep. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding and making stained glass.

Our next vet we'd like to introduce is Katrina! Having previously worked for us as a locum, Katrina joined as a permanent member of the team earlier this year. With 17 years veterinary experience, Katrina has a particular interest in dermatology and managing your itchy dogs!

She has 1 dog, a Labrador called Mymble who thinks she is a lapdog! In her spare time Katrina enjoys Crossfit and playing piano. She is also a member of a choir and can sometimes be heard singing in her consult room!

We’d like to introduce you to our new vet! Meet Akiko! She is newly graduated and has recently moved to the UK from Japan, having completed her studies in Romania. Akiko follows our New Graduate Programme where she is continually supported by a mentor to develop her skills and grow professionally.
Akiko has 2 rescue dogs who she brought over from Japan. In her spare time she is getting to know the area and settling into her new life. She likes fishing and water sports and being outdoors.
Please give her a warm welcome if you see her at the Practice.
Over the next few weeks we will introduce you to the rest of the Vet Team!

This is Solstice. He belongs to Nurse Emma. He had been feeling a little under the weather so came in for a check up with Vet Katrina. He loves stretching out under his hideyhole and is feeling much better!
