Thank you everyone for your kind get well messages. I'm returning tomorrow but taking it easy, if your appt was cancelled last week I'll do my best to get in over the next 2 weeks. Apologies as these could be last minute calls just depending on how I'm feeling. Thanks for your understanding Lisa

If any of my smaller dogs over the next couple days would be willing to go to another groomer, she is fantastic in every way, not far from me, please let me know..as difficult to get through back log during this time...you might not want to return ☺

🐶Attention all dog owners🐶
I personally have had very little issues with fleas this year but this week it is alarming the amount of salons and vets I have seen discuss the amount of pets arriving for appointments with fleas 🪳🪳🪳.
Please take this opportunity to give your pet a thorough check over before arriving to a grooming or veterny appointment. Please don’t rely on your monthly treatments as fleas are becoming so resistant to these over the counter treatments.
If your dog is very social, or you take busy dog walking routes, or picking up from kennels I would urge you to check more often. They are nothing to be embarrassed about but finding them early on before they become infested will be much easier to treat 💯, believe me they are lurking about everywhere these days and even the cleanest of dogs will catch them.
I always recommend natural remedies such as apple cider vinegar, peppermint, lemon baths , coconut oil, as opposed to just using the same over the counter treatments. It’s always good to speak with your vet if you do have a problem with them and do not allow your pet to socialise with other pets if infected.

If myself or a salon have to send home or treat a pet this will come at an extra cost.
