⏰ Change to opening hours ⏰

Due to commitments outside of work we will be working different hours than we have previously.

We will still be open Tues-Sat however the hours we are open will not be set hours and will be different each day.

Therefore it is important if we give you a time to collect your pet that you return on time unless discussed with us before hand.

There have been a lot of occasions recently where customers are a lot later collecting their pet than asked and we are kept behind far later than necessary. We give your pets the best care possible when they are with us but we do have commitments outside of work that have been affected a lot recently by a handful of people being late.

We hate to post big paragraphs but it’s important for us to have a good work life balance and we’re sure you can understand this, Thanks LC 🐾💜

We understand there are some circumstances where it is unavoidable that you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we hate having to charge these fees but as a small business every penny counts and we have had a number of no shows and last minute cancellations recently.

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel/reshedule as we always have a waiting list of customers looking for sooner appointments
