For any of you that have fur babies who get a little anxious/scared with the fireworks I would highly recommend having this play on your smart speaker or radio tonight. Our dogs and cats are terrified of them and this has really helped settle them every year

Met some lovely people at 4 Paws Dog Training School. Simone was fantastic and had a wealth of information and experience. D’jango and all the other pups loved her and seemed to have a fun time over the past 5 weeks! Now on to the Bronze for little D’jango. Hopefully he’ll see all his new friends at the next set of classes 🥰🐩🐾

Here at Curly Coats we love love love anything dog related so it makes me so happy that this amazing lady has decided to turn her passion into a profession! Louise is like me…dog daft 😂.
She’s walked my pack several times and her emergency appointments came in handy when me and Colin were out of action!

I have tried to hold off doing this for as long as possible but due the cost of living going up, shampoo’s and other grooming product prices increasing etc… I am going to have to increase my prices.
Full grooms will start from £54.00
Bath, brush and blow dries from £33.00
Puppy grooms from £28.00

As usual all my grooms include double shampoo treatments, conditioners, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, ear plucking etc…

Price increases will start effective immediately.

Yesterday we had a little colourful photo shoot for the dogs with some friends… this was just a little test run for something bigger that I’m planning for all my clients! (These photos were taken on my phone) If this is something that you’d be interested in send me a message so I can get an idea of numbers for booking further down the line.
We have an awesome photographer lined up who also loves dogs just as much as we do ###

SALON UPDATE!

I’m on temperature watch in the salon today, and will be from now on. With the warmer weather coming in the salon is starting to get quite warm especially with the dryer going. Precautions are being taken with every doggy client in my care to reduce temperature rises but, if it gets too hot in the salon grooms may end up being cancelled/rescheduled to avoid any heat related health problems/heat stroke.
Currently the salon is sitting at 21 degrees. Anything over 20-21 degrees is classed as too hot for our pups. This is especially true for dogs that are older or overweight.
The safety & welfare of every dog I groom is more important to me than anything else so If I do have to reschedule/cancel your pups groom, please understand it is for the benefit of your dog. As I tell all my clients… Humanity over Vanity.

Enjoy the sun folks but keep an eye on your fur babies, it’s going to be a warm weekend for them
