A reminder again for all customers our new booking system is for the 3RD OF JAN 2025 onwards only 🥰

This has been written on the system, on our previous posts and on our automatic response on here but we are still getting a lot of customers complaining that the system won't work for requesting 2024 dates.

It wont work because its set up for 2025 onwards only ❤️

This is Islay 👋 Our friend Islay is a 2 year old Newfoundland 🐾

Islay loves all dogs, is a gentle giant, has great patience and a want to please, she has a great appetite with no known allergies and she is a very sweet and lively natured giant 🐶

Due to a sudden family bereavement Islay is now looking for her forever home.

Although clumsy due to size 😅 Islay loves children and all dogs.

Islay is house trained and knows standard commands likes sit.

Islay has had a few issues with her eyes and required surgery on them a while ago. The specialists in Penrith have said they have done everything possible to fix her eye issues (cherry eye and Entropion) but this doesn't mean issues won't arrise in the future that may be costly.

At the kennels we clean Islays eyes daily to prevent them getting irritated by dust and dirt.

Islay would love a dog friend and we are extremely confident she would do well with a family also.

Islay is already neutered and fully vaccinated.

Please before considering any breed, do your research 🙏 Islay is a giant breed and due to her young age, her training is ongoing.

🐕 NEW OPEN HOURS COMING MONDAY SEPTEMBER 2ND 2024 🐈

MONDAY TO SATURDAY
730am-10am and 330pm-6pm

SUNDAYS
9am-11am and 330pm-5pm

Regular Day Care Drop Off Optional from 7am Monday to Saturdays.

We have always been open most of the day for our customers to drop off and collect their pets whenever they like and we understand this makes your day easier.
The only change we have made to our open hours in the last 6/7 years is adding an extra hour onto our lunch, trying our best to accomadate everyone.
But in the last 6/7 years a lot has changed.
Our business has changed a lot since covid, we are now mostly day care instead of holiday stays. This means instead of 8-10 drop offs and pick ups a day we now have up to 20 customers in the morning and up to 20 customers at night as well as our holiday stays arriving and being collected throughout the day when customers wish, all whilst during the same hours we are trying to meet the care of 40 dogs needs and wants and answering messages to make bookings.
We also now have a 5 year old and a 2 year old that need taken to school/day care at specific times.
We feel that to continue and better the care we provide to all our individual doggos and cats we must make changes to our open hours.
With set times our customers can arrive we are allowing ourselves uninterrupted times to take care of all our pets ❤️
Our working hours will not change so please respect that even though we are here working hard, we will not be open outwith our new hours.

We hope you all understand and we appreciate every single one of our amazing customers
