Merry Christmas Everyone!

That's a wrap for this year!. I will now be taking some much needed time off to spend with my nearest
and dearest.

Thank you all for your custom throughout the year and for choosing me to pamper your pooch ❣️

It's so nice to have a job where my customers appreciate all my efforts and hard work. Thank you all so much for all your generous gifts and kind words . It means so much 😘

Customer Notice

My diary is now closed for this year. I presently have no appointments available until mid January 🫣
I now have my diary for next year and I am accepting block bookings from January -June. If you have more than one dog or are restricted to particular days/times it is advisable to block book to avoid disappointment. I am aware of the majority of your schedules but if your personal circumstances have changed please let me know.
Please ignore local gossip. I have no intention of retiring in the near future, but I will no longer be working full time. This will not affect your dog being groomed. I will never turn a regular customer away, although I am not in a position to accommodate any new clients.

Customer Notice

Please can I remind everybody if you " forget" to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 house notice your appointment requires to be paid for in full before I will book you another appointment.

I am self employed, so if you don't attend your appointment, I don't get paid. Like you, I also have bills to pay, plus you are depriving another customer of an appointment.

All appointments must be paid for on the day that your dog is groomed. Like any other business I do not run a credit system.

Appointment times matter, so please attend on time for both drop off and pick up. Late arrivals will now be classed as a "no show".

June and July are pretty much fully booked so if you can't make your appointment I would suggest you ask a friend or family member to bring your dog for you so that you don't miss out.

Customer Notice

I just wanted to make you all aware that I have only a few appointments left between now and the end of June. I no longer work a 5 day week so appointments are even more limited. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

I will let you all know when I am accepting booking from July-December so you can all block book until the end of the year.

⚠️ At Berwick we have had our first suspected Adder Bite case of the year⚠️

We would strongly advise clients with dogs to exercise caution when out walking in known hotspots for Adders in your area.

Adders will only usually bite when they are disturbed.

If you suspect your pet has been bitten -
⚠️Do not put pressure or a bandage on the puncture site.
⚠️Keep the dog as still as possible - carry if possible or wait for someone to bring a vehicle.
⚠️Call your Vet ASAP - adder bites require prompt emergency treatment for the best outcome.

New Year New Prices!

In order to keep my business afloat, and to cover my ever increasing overheads, I have no choice but to put my prices up.

This price increase comes into effect today and I will inform you of your new price when you drop your dog off.

Every dog is priced individually and prices are graded on your dogs breed, age, coat condition, size, temperament and the frequency of your grooms.

The new prices work out at a £1 increase for each year that I have been trading.
