Having previously been located near Edinburgh, I have recently moved to Dunbar. :)

I can provide a professional and friendly service tailored to meet the needs of your pets. With over 20 years experience of working with and owning dogs as well as working with a variety of other animals (even bears!), you can rest assured that your pet will always be in the safest hands. I currently also run Paw

Skills Edinburgh where we hold a variety of weekly classes, from puppy class to advanced and tricks. I have passed the Think Dog and Think Dog Advanced Certificate from the Centre Of Applied Pet Ethology and the Human/Canine Interface course from the Animal Care College. I am also a member of the Pet Professional Guild which supports force free training. Dog walking can be booked in 1 hour slots, as well as puppy let outs and cat and small animal sitting. The van broke down yesterday 😭 Very grateful to my friend at Dogsonwalkabout for driving me to pick up my midday dogs today so at least I could do one walk. 🙏

£1000 down but hopefully I'll go and pick it back up this afternoon 🐾

Just to give everyone a wee update on Novak. He had a CT scan on Friday to rule out a foreign body in his foot.

He is still lame so we are back to the plan of lasering off the affected tissue which is inflamed. 😔

This will mean I might have to jiggle things around a bit in a few weeks but thank you so much to all my customers for your patience and support. ❤️

A very sad day today, I've walked Loki for over 7 years, I watched him reach middle age and start to slow down, and gradually become the calm distinguished gentleman of the group. (Apart from when he found something disgusting to eat 🤣)

Today age caught up with him and he was given his wings. We will miss you Loki...thank you for always being such a good boy ❤️💔🌈

Novak. Smart tidy uniform, homework always done on time, doesn't want to be rude to teachers. Shiny shoes.

Talis. Tie askew, cap on backwards, homework.. a screwed up mess in the bottom of his bag, throws stuff at the teacher when his back is turned.

The benefits of doing a bit of treat searching on a walk

✅ Helps to calm everything down if dogs are getting over excited

✅ Mental stimulation having to use their nose to find the treat in the long grass

So we get to Dick vet and the consultant said Novak's foot has healed up with the cream and so he didn't want to do surgery.

He's hoping that continuation of medical treatment will stop it recurring so fingers crossed. 🤞

It means we are walking as normal from tomorrow. I'll try and get back to everybody individually and let you know 🎉

In case it gets a bit warm this week for those dogs coming for temporary daycare, the paddling pool is all ready and there's plenty of shady spots for playing or snoozing 😊

No pictures today, it was far too wet although the dogs didn't care! 🏃😀

I like to play music as we walk for Hattie, as she's blind. It just means she knows where I am all the time..😀 plus I can also torture the dogs by occasionally singing along 🤣
