My name is Gregor Black and I am a friendly and outgoing dog walker offering walks throughout the day and weekends in the Dunbar and surrounding areas. Your 'furbaby' will be walked for a full hour but will most probably be in my care for anything up to 2 hours. Dogs will initially be lead walked until a bond of trust is established. I have 3 of my own hairy bairns, Diesel, Storm and Oakley, who m

ay join us on our adventures from time to time. Tariff is from £10 per hour walk per dog depending if your dog needs to be walked solely or as part of a small group, discounts available for multiple pets from same household, block bookings and loyal, regular customers. Public liability insurance in place.

In May 2022 I lost my boy Oakley to cancer. Rarely does a day go by that I don't think of him. Thanks to Alida, at Sassie Lassie ink, in the High Street, his last ever paw print is with me forever, and those rare days will never happen again. Miss you buddy 💕💕

Introducing our newest member, 2 year old hearing dog, Magic on his first walk, with the gang, today. Sula, soon introduced herself, wouldn't take no for an answer, and off they went to play. Hugo tried to join in but they only had eyes for each other. He had to settle for photo bombing the last photo instead! 🤣

Whoop whoop! Oscar's back! Wee Oscar, at the end of February got an eye infection. In the space of less than a week it turned into a Cornea ulcer, which unfortunately burst. This resulted in poor Oscar losing his right eye. Not that it's slowed him down. Here he is, only 4 weeks later, running about daft, grinning away, playing with his pals again. Great to have you back Oscar 💕

Just received the phone call that every dog walker dreads. Another friend has passed over the rainbow bridge. Holly, who only a short time ago celebrated her 14th birthday has now gone to join my boys, and all those who have taken the journey before her. You will be sorely missed Holly, and I'll miss my sloppy kiss after every walk. Unfortunately I'm still away, so I'll raise a Pina Colada in your memory. I promise to keep an eye on your gran and her and I will share a dram with her on.my return. RIP Holly. Until we meet again xx

Hunter thought he was going to have a boring day with his old man, as moomee was away to the hairdressers. We got a bunch of his pals round, including Ella from Greenock. Safe to say he was a hap 🎶 hap 🎵happy boy! 🎶

I had a fabulous birthday weekend, with my three besties, at St Fillans. No, Hugo is not auditioning for a part in Alladin, as Jafar ( he has a sore ear as a result of all the stormy weather we've had). Hunter loves to jump and really loves to photo bomb!
Lynn wanted to put a candle on the cake for every decade, but I said that was way too many!!! Thank you guys for a birthday weekend, I'll not forget in a long time ###

It's with sadness, I say cheerio to 15 year old Labradoodle, Milo, who lost his long term battle with various ailments. In the 7 years that I was lucky enough to chum him on walks, we had some great laughs, and we shed some painful tears, when his mum was taken from us so suddenly. Milo was so food oriented that he would spot someone at a 1000 paces and like a heat seeking missile would home in on them and more specifically the pocket they had treats in! One time he found a Twix on the walk. Before you could blink, it was gone. He poo'd the wrapper out two days later!
He also had such a propensity for finding water, especially the dirty stuff. I always said if I got stuck in a desert I'd hope to have Milo with me!
Although I am sad at his passing, I know he is now pain free again, running over the rainbow bridge where his mum will be waiting for him. Knowing Meghan she's probably taken all the animals under her wing until their forever parents collect them again. Say hello to my boys, and the rest of the gang that's passed before you, Milo. Until we walk again 💕

On a sunny day people say to me I have a great job. I tell them "No, I've got the greatest job, ever"
But with the fun and the laughs comes the greatest pain. The pain of losing another furpal.
Sam ( or Sammy Soosoo to those that love him) is an 11 year old cross GSD/ Collie, who lives over the bridges, in Fife, has been coming on walks, Daycare and sleepovers since my birthday six years ago.
This gentle giant who loves nothing more than playing with stones, or branches ( the bigger the better) and feared nothing but baths and flies, recently fell ill. It transpired Sam had prostate cancer and it had spread throughout his body ( you hid it well buddy). On Thursday he passed over the rainbow bridge.
Run free my friend. Say hi to Diesel, Storm and Oakley for me. I'll miss you big time mate. As Kevin Bridges said, you're a proper dug!
Enjoy yourself buddy. I look forward to our next walk together. RIP Sam xx

It's my first birthday today. We started the celebrations last weekend, as my mummy is working this weekend. We started in the beer garden, courtesy of Bailey Houghton and her family, who gave Daddy a meal voucher for his Christmas ( it was very appreciated 😋). Then on Sunday I met my brother and sisters on the beach. I really liked my sister Doris!
Today, I played with my pals on the beach and had salmon and steak for my tea, before having some birthday cake(s). Then I gave all my birthday tisses to my daddy. I now have a food baby!

What a great day had today. This morning's lovely walk started with young meeting not so young. 4 year old Archie met 15 year old Milo, both labradoodles, for the first time. There might be a decade between them but Milo still gave Archie a run for his money. I doubt I could run the length of the beach now, let alone in my senior years! 🥴😅

Great start to the day, as Ella came over, from Gourock, to join us for the morning. The gang were very happy to see her again, especially Hunter.
I asked her if she was happy to be back. I think the huge smile says it all.I then asked her what she thought of living in Gourock. Take note Louise, she wants to be on the best side of the country 🤣
