2025, you have been a rough ride indeed! 😫💔

However, like everything, there wouldn't be light without darkness, good without bad, negative energy wouldn't exist without positive energy etc etc.....Everything in life has a way of teaching us many things about ourselves. Somehow we always manage to push forward and remember the good times over the bad. ✝️🫶💪

2026 🎉 will hold many exciting new things for our amazing loyal clients, future new clients and their outstanding dogs. 💯💯

I'd like to thank those clients who have remained loyal to myself over the past few months, not long to go now! 🙌🫶🐕😃 I am honestly overwhelmed at how many of you are friends at this point.
Lead the way has brought so many amazing people into our lives and I am truly grateful for that and for those who have remaind loyal to their word, you have no idea how rare you all are. 😘🤝💯

Being pain free was a major step forward for myself and family. I am truly blessed to have such a strong support network and a very close family. 🫶✝️🙏💯❤️💙
No more standing still now for lead the way..... We can finally move forward with all those plans we have had for our business. 🫶💪🙌

It is with a very heavy heart that we had to say a final goodbye to Bailey, Dave and his dads beautiful goldador yesterday morning. 💔🌈🙏🐕💙

When we first started Lead the way, myself and Dave didn't have our own dog as a coulple. Both our parents had dogs (Tanya & Bailey at the time) both of us have had dogs in our lifes, before we were even able to walk, 😄🐕🫶 just not myself and Dave together as a couple.

Daves dad was working away down in London for a few weeks and we had the absolute pleasure of being able to look after Bailey (2months) and what a blessing he was...... Bailey was an absolute delight for our business and such a friendly loving dude, who enjoyed all of his adventures and making new furry friends in the process. 🫶😘
Bailey even got to meet Tanya, who i still miss dearly every single day. 🌈💔✝️
May you both be reunited now, running around pain free living your best life with all of our Lead the way recruits too. 🌈🫶💜💙🐕

We all have so many loving memories with you Bailey boy 💙🐕 and he also cemented the fact that both myself and Dave wanted a golden labrador to start our business with. What a testament to you Bailey, you made such an impact on everyone's life's and I'm sure the whole of Spittal will miss him dearly, as do we!

Buddy, Sorcha & Roxi absolutely loved you to bits as well. 😘

You are pain free now big man 🌈🙏🙏 and we will hold all those amazing memories close to our hearts. 🙏 Thank you for being such an outstanding companion and sharing your amazing little character with us all. 😘

Devastated to read this....poor Odin! 💔💔💔 Our thoughts, prayers and sympathy is with his owners right now. ✝️🙏🙏Nobody should have to go through this....EVER!! Dogs are so precious and we put so much trust into local dog walkers/home boarders and daycare services these days, that I honestly feel more things need to be set in place for dog business going forward. Dogs are so precious and they all mean the world to somebody. 🫶🫶🐕Rest in peace Odin, may you run free with your sweet Raffie and ever dog who has sadly crossed over rainbow bridge. 🙏🌈🌈 Thinking of you all during this difficult time. Xx

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas folks?!

Myself and Dave had a quite christmas spent with my family on christmas day 🫶, then Daves family on boxing day. 🫶
It felt very different this year, so we kept it rather low key. ✝️🙏🙏💜💜💜

Thank you all for your generosity, kindness, love, compassion and most of all your honesty and trust throughout 2025......We wouldn't be Lead the Way if it wasn't for our lovely clients, family and friends, who all understand what we provide and will continue to strive for in 2026 and more. 🤝👍🐕

Missing your pooches like crazy folks, but the weeks are passing very quickly for myself, (not as quickly as I'd like 🤣 but hey ho) not long to go though folks! 🐕🐾🙌🙌
More than half way through now.......i honestly couldn't have asked for a better recovery and the most understanding, compassionate, loyal and empathetic clients to match, who have all fully respected our transparency from day one.🤝🐾🐕

Hang in there folks, Lead the way appreciates every single one of our clients who are patently waiting for Lead the way to be up and running again. 💪💪😘

I am truly blessed to have you all standing loyally behind us. 🫶

🎉🎉🎉🎉Happy Birthday baby boops! 🎉🎉💜😘🥰💋🐶🎂

We can't believe that we have the most beautiful natured, loving and loyal girl, who loves every dog to bits, for a year already! 🙏🥰❤️

You bring so much joy to our household, Buddy loves having you around to play tug of war with.
"What an absolute pair of nuggets at times, but we love them both so much!" 😍🥰💜💛

Sorcha's had a great 2nd birthday with her brother and lots of presents from her big sister, Roxi too, who even managed to wrap Sorcha's interactive toy. 🤣🙈

She's been spoiled rotten with chicken feet, toys, a lovely walk with her humans and brother, dinner looked delicious (if you take the kibble away 🤣), then to top it off she opened her big sister's present and has not stopped chasing her new interactive mouse 🐭toy.....she's got some moves too! 😁🤣

Not long to go folks, slowly but surely getting closer to Lead the way running at full capacity again and being pain free on a daily basis. 🙌🙏✝️🫶 (Massive thank you to my amazing family!)

I still can't believe how I was able to operate with so much endometriosis....If I thought I was busy before, I've not even tackled that waiting list yet. 😍💪
Roll on the end of January!

I'm missing my passion so much, but I'm still surrounded by my furry family bairns: Buddy, Sorcha, Roxi and Bailey. 🥰❤️💙💜

Recovery is going well, 7 days to the day, since I was opened up in order to make sure my endometriosis had a very limited chance of returning. 💪

I feel a bit like at the moment. 🏍💪 All these surgeries, until i found the only result that would make this endometriosis struggle to return. 💪💪🙌
I definitely don't feel like a normal human. 😂💪

This wasn't an easy decision, however after suffering this for over 9 years......since I was 18 years old, if I am being honest, it was the only option that made sense and with only a 1% chance of endometriosis returning, it was the obvious solution to an enjoyable future together. 💪💪💯

Dave and both of our families have been nothing but supportive towards our decision and we already knew kids were not on the cards for us, we are both too focused on our careers and future together, so this was, in the end, a very easy decision to make for my quality of life and pushing our future together. 🤗👌
Having kids is not what we wanted for us, we both love dogs, (proabably a bit too much in some peoples eyes) travelling and spending time together and we look forward to many more amazing years together, now, finally....pain free!

I am back to Spire Murryfield tomorrow morning to get these stitches out and get a wee check over, but so far so good and I'm listening to doctors/surgeons orders. As well as family and Dave helping out. 🫶😃

Another 4 weeks and I should start to really feel the difference. 🙌🙌💪

This pain is a breeze compared to what I've been dealing with recently. It's a walk in the park, if I am being honest. 🤣👌😃

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank those who have sent flowers, chocolates and cards. I am overwhelmed by you all.

Most importantly, a massive thank you to my family for making this surgery possible. 🫶🫶🙏🙏🙏

Truly grateful, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Seriously, I often wonder in life if I am doing everything I should be to my full potential, money has never really been my main aim in life, its to be loving, caring, kind and the best version of yourself (AT ALL TIMES!) no matter who gets in your way or tries to bring you down.
Always be bigger and better is what I was taught. 💪🫶
Just doing what I love everyday has its own meaning of rich. 💯🐕🙌

Seeing your kindness and compassion during times like these, makes me realise that I am rich in so many ways and i will be back stronger than ever next year folks, that i can promise! 🫶🥰😘

Lead the way will be unstoppable as from next year, watch this space. 💪🫶

Love these pictures that were sent across whilst i was in hospital. 🤗❤️😍

Missing all of my clients furry babies very much, I am home now though and on the right track. 💪🙌

Dave and my furry bairns have been absolutely brilliant. I am over the moon and we are all so pleased to be past the hard part. 💪💯

Sorcha struggled for the 3 days that I was away, she stopped eating her breakfast bless her and had zero playfulness for her daddy. 😫🙈
This was the first time that she had been away from my side since arriving in November last year. 💔😪 Buddy was brand new for his daddy though (Bud knew what was going on, as i went through a similar process 3 years ago, just not as major as this surgery) and he was a blessing for wee Sorcha too as she stayed close by his side with my mum and dad, whilst dave was driving in to visit myself.
Buds been a God send to us all, his calming energy keeps sorcha relaxed and the pair of them have a cracking bond, I am so pleased that buddy now has a wee sister to play with. They both bring out the best in one another.

I think its fair to say that I'm definitely in the right job, as I'm missing them all immensely. 💔😪

Looking forward to seeing you all once I'm feeling much stronger folks, I will keep in touch as this recovery goes on. Still a long way to go yet, so I need to be very very careful. 🫶🐕🤗

Thank you to those who have already popped round with cards and flowers. I will get out to thank you all soon, once my physio is complete.

A major thank you to all of my family as well, for helping Dave out whilst I was in hospital and also getting me through this major surgery asap. 🙏 🙌💪

Surgery went well folks, everything got removed successfully. 😃💪 I couldn't have asked for a better private surgeon as well. 👌
