Massive apologies for how long it has taken me to publish Tuesday to Fridays adventures folks. 🙈😲

🌟Molly❤️ as her recall is outstanding at such an early age. 💯🙌

🌟 Milo💙 as he is slowly overcoming his fear of high energy dogs. The more often he joins our group adventures the more I can see that wee character of his coming out. We are still working on his recall in order for Milo to be off lead around the right pack dynamic. 💯👌

🌟 Sorcha💜 who has nailed her recall training in under 2 weeks, shes very social around every dog in our care and she listens to absolutely everything I say. I couldn't be more impressed with her progress over the last 4 weeks. 👌

🌟 Henry💙 as he is now adapting to all of his new pals and is off lead for the first half of our nature walks brining the best energy into the groups too. 👏

🌟 Little Olive❤️ who's has also blown me away with her recall and playful attributes that she brings, especially for Sula bear. 👏

Once again I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your lovely messages regarding our nominations for the local pet awards in May 2025. 🙌🎉🥰

Your pooches are all simply amazing and we wouldn't be LEAD THE WAY if it wasn't for you!

Lead the way has been NOMINATED for the BEST DOG WALKER of the year award. 🙌😊🎉🎉🎉

I'm not sure who has nominated myself but I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️😘💯🙌
I couldn't be more proud of the business we have today and to have such wonderful dogs and clients to match is overwhelming at times. We are truly blessed and i don't just say that for the sake of it, we truly are blessed!

I do this job beacuse it's my PASSION and as much as I'd love to get all dressed up 💃💃 and walk down that red carpet to accept such an amazing award, it's not what we are about.

I'm not doing this job to get rewards (as lovely as it is) I am here to provide the UPMOST and BEST CARE for ALL of your pooches at ALL TIMES.
An award doesn't change the service we will continue to provide to all of our recruits. 💯😘💃

Yesterday's last walk of the day with Finn💙, Jura💙, Cass💙 and our Roxi. 💜😍 They all got along great, what a lovely group to end our madness Monday.

Sorcha💜 didn't make it out for adventures yesterday as both myself and her mummy thought it would be best. However we will hopefully see Sorcha today.

Sorcha💜 was off lead today! Just look at those ears! 😍🤣

She's picked up everything that i've taught her super super quickly. Her recall with the clicker is outstanding now and I can't wait to see that gorgeous face tomorrow in a group dynamic.

We had 4 walks today! 3 of which have been included in these photos below.

Everyone is doing really, especially little Molly.😍❤️ She's still a tiny baby and her recall is 10x where it should be already for her age. 👌 The only reason she is still on lead is mainly due to her totty wee size around our bigger recruits. 🐕 (Safety always comes first 💯💯 over dogs being off lead, Your pooches are our world.🙏💗)

Walk number 3 for L.T.W with Sorcha💜, Jura💙, Blue💙 and our very own Buddy boy.💛

Today was Sorcha's first full day out and about with some of your recruits as mentioned above.
As you can see she got exceptionally well with everyone.
Big Blue💙 was a tad unsure of Sorcha💜 to begin with, however those beautiful eyes soon won him over and the pair of them were pressed against my legs for cuddles. 😍🤣
Wee Jura💙 definitely had a crush on Sorcha, he would not leave her alone, The pair of them were great together. ☺️🐕🖤🧡💙

I am over the moon with Sorchas progress, she's doing really really well and absolutely loves all of your pooches that she's met so far. We look forward to introducing Sorcha to a few more recruits tomorrow too. Well done gorgeous girl! 👌🖤🧡🐕

Big shout out to Jura and Blue for welcoming Sorcha into our group walks in a calm manner. 10/10 boys! 💙👌😘🐕

Milo💙 is also heading in the right direction, I don't think it will be too long before he is off Lead fully within the group, For now we are still introducing him slowly to all of your recruits. ☺️

Tuesday to Thursdays puppers all making huge progress. 🥰😍🐕🎉

As most of you are already aware we had limited walks last week due to school holidays🏫🚸🚌 and both myself and Dave catching a lovely cold 🥵🤧🥺 that manage to floor us both for a good few days.

In order to limit the contact I had with you all, I prioritised your pooches last week.

If you were home with the kids, working from home or off sick yourself, I did message you directly with plenty of notice to explain that I would only be focusing on those recruits who were alone at home all day.

Mainly to limit the amount of contact I had with you all and so I didn't have to be out doing 3 to 4 walks when feeling like utter rubbish. 🙏🤧

Unfortunately I still have a nasty cough so it will be a trip to the doctors tomorrow (Monday)

Thank you all for your cooperation last week and tomorrow also.

🎉🎉😍 NEW RECRUIT ALERT! 🎉🎉❤️

Everyone meet Molly! 😍🥰 Isn't she's adorable?!

Molly joined Lead The Way for the first time with her big sister on Monday. (I use that term loosely, as Meg❤️ is tiny.🤣)

I often find myself taking photos of Meg upside down. 🙃 However on Monday she decided to get my blonde furry son all hyper. 🤣😍 Molly was over the moon with all the excitement and wanted to join in. I can tell that she is going to get on great with little Olive next week. 😅😉

I'd like to thank you all for your understanding over the past few days. The last thing I want to do is to pass this horrible cold onto you all, especially if you are off for the school hols this week. 🤧

For the past 4 days or so I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the gorgeous Rottweiler, Sorcha.💜🐕😍

She's such a loving girl, a very quick learner and super super smart. 👌

Sorcha has already mastered walking to heel extremely well with myself. Her energy levels are a lot calmer now and she listens extremely well with the clicker to hand. I've managed to send some videos over to her human mummy too. 🥰

I am over the moon with Sorcha's progress so far 🎉🏆 and I look forward to seeing that gorgeous face tomorrow afternoon, alongside all of her brothers and sisters....they are all beautiful! 🥰😍🐕

🎉 Lead the way would like to introduce you all to Sorcha! The beautiful Rottweiler. 😍❤️🎉🫶

Sorcha is a super friendly girl with soo much enthusiasm for life and everyone and everything in it. Sometimes maybe a little too much and that's what we're trying to help her with. 😀

Today we took Sorcha away for a full hour long walk with just our Buddy, so we could figure out what made her tick, what she was reactive to and to also find out more about her energy levels and how she responds to myself and Dave 😁

Sorcha got on great for the full hour, she's a very strong girl and we managed to burn off some of that built up energy and excitement that she had. 🐶😃

This ensured that she was a bit more compliant and easier to work with when I joined her with her Mum for an hours one on one training session. 😃

10 out of 10 for Sorcha today, she's a super quick learner and is going to fit in really well with us all here at lead the way. I can't wait to introduce Sorcha❤️ to my wee Roxi💜, as she's not met another Rottweiler just yet. 💯🫶

We will be back tomorrow for more daftness with your pooches. 😃

Huge progress was made with Pedro today, he was on the longline lead which was just trailing. He followed us all really well and was interacting with our Buddy boy too. Well done Pedro, I'm over the moon for you. 💯😍

Milo💙 was on the longline again today with no one attached to the end. 👌🤣 He was absolutely brilliant, his recall has really progressed this week. He's made loads of new pals now that he's settling in extremely well with our group walks. 💪🐶💯
I couldn't be more proud of him!

Levi💙 is able to walk super calmly on lead now, we just need to work on his recall when he gets super excited. He is just a big baby and I look forward to seeing him next week. Awesome work Levi, well done! 👌😁

Once again, absolutely every one of your pooches has been exceptional for their lead the way walkies. 😀

Coco❤️ and Sula♥️ are the best of friends, Coco has totally overcome her fear of dark coated pooches, I am over the moon for her! 🥰💪🤙 Well done Suls for helping! 😎

Pedro💙 is making huge progress too, he's no longer apprehensive around very high energy dogs, nothing seems to phase him anymore. 👌The next step for Pedro is to get him walking in front of myself and with the group around him, Baby steps though. 💯🐶 Huge progress so far. 🫶

Milo💙 has also had a few days now where he is totally at ease with all the recruits in our care, so he's been on the longline lead with it trailing so he still has full freedom to roam within the pack. 🐶👌 We are still working on his recall skills during our hour long nature walks, whilst slowly getting him used to everyones energy levels at the same time. 💯 He's making huge progress for only his third week here with his new pals. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow little man. 😍🐶👌

Olive♥️was on the longline lead this afternoon and much like Milo, she had full freedom to roam within the group (as you will see from the MANY photos below🙈🤣), absolutely nothing phases Olive either and she's absolutely amazing at coming back to her name. Well done Olive!

Apologies my fb doggy posts have fallen behind this week folks, I've been busy in the evenings trying to get my next training module completed, so I'm another step closer to receiving that bit of paper! 😃👌🙏

Milo💙 is slowly getting used to our group walks, he's now on the longline lead that I have trailing. He's totally at ease with our Monday and Wednesday recruits as it stands, We just need to get him more comfortable with all of our group walks before he is fully off lead, but he is making huge steps in the right direction and I am so proud of him. 😍😃 Patience and consistency is the key.

Levi💙 has also made huge progress in the past 2 weeks, he's much calmer on our group walks and manages to leave the ball when we ask.👌 His awareness of the group is exceptional and I'm sure he will be off lead next week again. 😃

Kylo💙 is off lead every time now too, his fear of other dogs has completely gone and he returns to his name in a split second, even when he notices things he can chase, he still comes back when called. 👌💪

Pedro💙 is also making steps in the right direction. He's been on the longline recently and I've been giving him more space to roam within the group and he is progressing at the perfect pace, we don't want to push him to far too soon but he's doing exceptionally well. I look forward to seeing Pedro tomorrow.

Today is the last day that I get to walk Maximus. 😭💔💔

He's been with us since day one and we will be very sorry to see both max and his wonderful family leave us for the city life.

However, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for 5 amazing loyal years. 🤗😃💙

You have been one of our many amazing clients Jenny Haines and we are all going to miss you. We will keep in touch though and I can't wait to hear how max is settling into his new home. 🏡😍💙

Massive kisses and cuddles for max today, he's had the best week spent with all his pals before setting off this afternoon. 🥲

Apologies for the lack of posts over the last 2 days folks, it's been all go in the evening with training courses and also sorting things out for our van coming back tomorrow afternoon. 😃👌

We got given a very small replacement van, which to be honest, was never going to allow me to run at the capacity we do normally. 🙈🤣

If you have ever watched Friday Night Dinner, the phrase "my Mercedes!" comes to mind very well. 🤣🤣😂🙈

Wed, Thursday and Fridays posts will all be published together this week, but your pooches have all been outstanding over the last 2 days. 10/10 adventures for your lead the way pups.

Another fun filled day with Lead the way!😍😀

Kylo💙 has fully overcome his fear of other dogs. He is off lead every time and has clicked right into place here with his new pals over the past 4 months.
Excellent progress little man, Aunty Claire couldn't be more proud! 😍

Milo💙 is also on top form, he's was in his element this morning interacting with Sula❤️, the beautiful wee black lab and Sadie too. ❤️

Olive❤️ was full of Beans 🤣🙈 (following in her big sisters name🤣) this morning. As you can see from the photos below she was tormenting big Blue💙 and Sula❤️, both more than happy to assist. 🤣

Levi💙 was on top form today too, he had 15mins of freedom before I popped him back on lead for some lovely poses and treats for his excellent behaviour today. 💪🐶👌😀

3 absolutely nutters for this one, can you guess who!? 😂👀😂😂 Everyone has been amazing as usual for their lead the way nature walks. 😍👌 What a cracking group together! 👏👏💯

Our last nature walk of the day with 6 very happy and playful puppers. 💞🐶👌🐾 Meg (or should I say.... megatron! ♥️🙈🤣) was outstanding today, even with Boone💙 trying his best to flirt with her. 😝🤣🙈 Zara♥️ is absolutely bust after our walk, not forgetting to mention Beau♥️, Belle♥️and Boone💙 keeping up with Zara over the bouncy ball. The ball did go away after 30minutes, as the last thing I want to do is over exercise everyone. 🤝 This walk has been cut short by 10minutes for both Zara and Beau's safety. ❤️🤗 Lead The Way will be back tomorrow for more fun, socialisation and recall/confidence training. 🤗 Thank you all again for today folks, your pooches have all been on top form once again. 💝

A very chilled out group for round 2 with Lead The Way. 😍👌🐶🐾 Pedros💙 doing extremely well and his social skills around all the dogs is really amazing. ☺️ I'm over the moon with his progress...... we will have an enclosed area sorted once we come back from holiday. 🤝 We will be back in an hour or so with our third and final adventure of the day with Belle, Boone, Ted, Cooper, Meg, Zara and Beau. 🤗🐶🐾💝 (Watch the energy levles change for our third walk! 🤪🤣🙈)
