Urgent home request

Honey just turned 4 in September.
She isn't neutered.

Gets on well with other dogs she doesn't know on leash. She's on a strict raw diet due to severe allergies she's also on half an apoquel tablet every morning to keep on top of her allergies. Tried everything seems to be all that keeps them unded control. She is used to living with another dog. She's great waking on leash, can't be trusted off purely as she likes to chase birds and small furry animals. She loves her home comforts and is a very affectionate girl. She's good with kids also.

Please message me for owner details

New vs Old boots. These are the hours and miles I and past members have put in. Genuinely isn't easy to wear down a pair of Berghaus boots like that. Easily 5k miles each pair. You get what you pay for

I've, over the last few years, run down our dog walking business. People may believe it's because I don't offer a quality service, but, in truth, it's the exact opposite. When you are with these great wee animals, you form a bond.
I now have chronic ligament damage in my left ankle, that will only allow me to go on so far, at the miles I currently do each day.
We were the first in Dundee, and I'd genuinely love to continue it, but things as they are, means that I can't. So I'm retraining and have had to put that in the forefront of my mind.
So the bond thing? I can't take on any more young dogs and disappear out if their life. I've been with so many, from start, to the literal last few seconds, that the heartache has become insufferable.
Few years left yet, but no more spaces left

** Am adding to this post. We, basically, introduced an area that has brought up many others, some good and others that are a waste of space. If anyone on my feed would like a recommendation for a walker, I'm more than happy to recommend.

Apologies to my customers. Never taken a day off sick in the last decade, that I can remember. Hope to be back by Wednesday

Never have much on on Friday, so like to take my time. Four on, two wee ones, Mia and Toffee, two runners - Baby and Martial - for them two, you could probably triple that distance lol

So today, my dad would have been 70. What has this to do with this page? He, and my mum, introduced me to dogs. Without both of them, I'd be a small scared child. Our celebrating him today and in Thursday, my birthday,is also paying homage to him, for getting me into combat sports and that of me being able to pass it onto future students. One of which is a Brit National Team Member looking to get his club off the ground.

It's the weather for ticks! Removed 5 from my own dogs in the last 2 weeks.... and one from my own heel! God knows how it got there, but now on antibiotics. Guys please do a sweep of your dogs, at least once a week. Ticks turn up in the least thought of areas - once had to remove one from Sky's - my Pocket Bully's - bumhole!

Great couple of days and new dogs. One of which is a rescue dog from America, who was cruelly used in dog fighting as a bait dog. Angel, has to wear a muzzle due to her reactions to other dogs - this isn't her fault, rather the way she has been treated in the past. Her owner has did a great job at training her, but was nervous because of her power - she's a staff, American Bully cross. However, she was very responsive to my commands. Even managed to let her off lead and muzzle on first walk. The aforementioned training from her owner meant that she came back on command, kept heel when asked and waited when asked. Was great to see a low tail at the start of the walk, turn into a constant wagging, happy one.
Today was the turn of pup, Doris. She's also a cross, German shepherd with a rotti. Wasn't sure how she'd fit in, if honest. Took her with my longest companions this morning and wondered if she would fit in and whether they would tolerate a new, energetic puppy. Could not have went better. The boys, bar a couple warning barks, accepted her like she'd always been there. Again, Doris's owners training was definitely noticeable.
Turned out to be a great couple of days 😊

Back in 1996, before any dog walking existed, here in Dundee, my sister, Stephanie decided to give it a go. Following years saw the family join and help her, expanding the business. Not once, during that time to now, have we taken on a dog, that we didn't think would fit into packs, or that we could help individually. We do evaluate dogs, and don't take them on simply for cash. That's what separates us from the multitude that has sprung up from our inception. Picky? No, just the best interest at heart.

If you want your dog to come back nice and clean, then we are definitely not the Walking service for you. Our dogs go out and enjoy themselves. Whether swimming in the water or taking mud baths, we believe our furry friends should have fun and not be restricted - within reason lol

26/06/2021

In any of our services, we will come out and meet the dog first. This is both for us and you, to get a feel for each other, ask questions and see what your dog response is to us. If happy, the first walk is free. This allows us to get an idea of the dog's temperament and see if they will accept us. Last thing we want is to walk a dog that does not feel comfy in our company. If that does turn out to be the case, we will happily recommend other Walkers who we feel would suit your dog.
