We need to say an absolutely immense thank you to all of our customers for their charitable donations, because this afternoon we handed over a cheque for an amazing £1,225 to Nicky from Missing Pets, Dundee and Angus.

This money is being used to buy another high tech Pulsar Thermal Scope which is absolutely invaluable when looking for lost pets at night.

Vic, Raven and James handed over the giant cheque today (which they have secretly always wanted to do but have never had the opportunity until now!) ❤️

We are still accepting donations if you want to contribute next time you are in our store.

Here are our festive opening hours for this year. We are closed for three days both weeks (Sun-Tues) so make sure you top up your freezers and cupboards with your pet's favourite snacks.

🐕🦴Oban is a four month old husky and popped in today to switch over from tinned food to Nutriment Raw.

We loved seeing him, and his mum loved the fact that she is going to save over £43 a week on her puppy food bill!!

Don't forget to look after your little furry friends ahead of bonfire night ❤️

🦴🐾It’s just over 5 weeks until Fireworks night and anyone with an anxious cat or dog might be interested in some of our Dorwest products.

We have two that might help you, the first is Scullcap & Valerian. The natural active herbs that it contains can help you manage you pet’s anxiety by calming the pathways within their nervous system. Scullcap & Valerian needs time to build up in sufficient quantities and can take up three weeks to become truly effective.

This can be of great assistance and calms your pet in order to allow any behavioural training to be effective.

If you need something a little more immediate, then the other product we have is Valerian compound. Valerian on it’s own is fast acting and the drops can be given straight into your pet’s mouth, or onto their food. It acts within just 30 minutes and the effects last up to 2 hours.

You can purchase either of these products at the counter in our shop. 🐾🦴
