Dandelions (genus Taraxacum) are just one of a wide range of native wild flowering plants that flower early across the planet, they are in the family Asteraceae, which consists of species commonly known as dandelions found in Eurasia and introduced into North America in the mid-1600s where they have spread across the continent, the two commonplace species in the wider world, T. officinale and T. erythrospermum, were introduced from Europe and now propagate as wildflowers in those regions. Both species are edible in their entirety. The common name dandelion comes from French "dent-de-lion", meaning "lion's tooth". Like other members of the family Asteraceae, they have very small flowers collected together into a composite flower head. Each single flower in a head is called a floret. In part due to their abundance along with being a generalist species, dandelions are one of the most vital early spring nectar sources for a wide host of pollinators that themselves are critical to pollination of later flowering plants.”

Well that's most of my visits done for the festive season, and we can't thank you all enough for your custom,not only over Christmas but throughout the year aswell, we really appreciate it😁

We may have to change thingsslightly in 2023 though, recently there has been alot of last minute cancellations,some even not bothering to get in touch to cancel.

With my availability being limited at times, this has meant that I have had to tell potential customers,both new and returning customers, that I have no availability. Something that I hate doing as we try our best to accommodate every request.

We are thinking about how we will have to change our policy,as the issues have become worse over the Christmas period.

So please don't be offended if we ask for payment up front or for a deposit for advance booking, anyone that has used our service will know that we are not not motivated by collecting payment,but it is a business,and like any other it suffers when there is late cancellations and late payments.

Deposits and payment up front is not something we want or envisaged we would have to do,however it has got to the point where we have no other option, hope you all understand.

Hi guys, well new week new cat 🙈🙈

Is it possible to put a bit on the page about Pablo, ginger tuxedo cat, friendly, usually like going on wanders for few days but is now in new house and new area, and not come back for two days in cold weather.
Can I please ask residents of the Dales, Downfield, & St Mary’s to please keep a wee look out and check he’s not got into sheds. Pretty sure he’s just wandered too far from his home. He is friendly, a big tomcat, and has a high pitched mieow, he is ginger and white, quite distinct markings on his face and nose and paws.

I am a well known face around Quarry Gardens/Liff Road area .(and the Whip Inn 🤣)

Despite what I'm wanting you to believe, I have a warm loving home and I am well fed( just look at the big belly😁).

So please DO NOT let me in or feed me, I have a loving home not far away in Donalds Lane.

I have 4 furry sisters and two human sister who love me very much( well the human ones at least🤣) and they miss me very much when I go on my adventures.

I am very friendly but know how to put the patter on to get my own way, so please don't fall for it.
