So that’s me all done for Easter and we’re taking a few days to explore Wexford. I’ll get back to messages eventually I promise so please be patient 😊

In the meantime anyone got any recommendations for dog friendly places that’s you would recommend for food etc in Wexford?

**UPDATE TUESDAY**
Still no power - there are 3 telegraph poles down in the area. Hopefully the issue will be resolved before Storm Jocelyn decides to give us a battering 🙈

Thanks to Storm Isha we’re no power in the shop this morning. I think I’ve contacted everyone affected but fingers crossed it’s back on soon 🤞

📣OPENING HOURS 📣

Hi all,

Coming into the new year I just wanted to update everyone on my new business hours 🕰️
Unfortunately I will no longer be working weekends as quite simply I’m knackered. I still love my job as I get to make all your lovely fur family members less stinky and more cute 😜

My working hours going forward will be -
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 2pm.

As always I appreciate all your continued support 🥰 here’s to 2024!🐶

Well that’s a wrap for 2023 and am I the only one or did that year really fly in?!?
I just want to thank all my lovely customers for trusting me with their furry family members 🥰 once again you have been so generous and supportive and I’m so grateful to have such great people as clients.
We wish you a very merry Christmas and I hope you all get what you asked for from Santa 🎅

Lenny was very close to be kidnapped by me again yesterday 🙈 this dog is far too cute for his own good. He acts like butter wouldn’t melt and makes me want another chihuahua but I’m told he’s a bit spicy at home …. Which kinda makes me want him more 🤷‍♀️😂 also look at that wee snaggle tooth!!!! 😍

Yup it’s not even Halloween and I’m talking about Christmas 🎄
December is filling up fast with only a few appts left so if you would like an appointment in December I would recommend getting in touch as when they are gone they are gone 😬
In other news I do have my 2024 diary ready and raring to go!

The last while we have seen and heard about an increase in fleas and I don’t know about you but the very thought of them make me itchy.

Our pets can pick up fleas from other animals or from the environment as those strong back legs allow them to jump on.

The signs to look out for -
❗️Your dog is itching causing them to scratch and chew at themselves
❗️seeing fleas moving in their coat 😱
❗️flea dirt (flea poop💩) visible on the skin - it looks like black specs of gritty dirt
❗️hair loss or a rash
❗️some dogs show no signs so it’s important to regularly check their coats

Flea treatments and advice are available from your vet - please don’t use the cheap shop bought ones as they are not effective. If your pet has fleas you need to treat them asap and it’s important to treat your other pets 🐈, house 🏡 , car 🚘 , bedding 🛏️ etc

🚨 If your dog has fleas do not bring to be groomed 🚨 Please let us know so that we can cancel your appointment and rearrange.
If during grooming we find your dog has fleas there will be a 💷 £50 charge on top of the usual grooming fee. The reason for this is that we not only have to stop the groom and isolate the dog but also have to cancel any other appointments for the day to allow us to deep clean the shop and treat all areas. It’s a massive disruption and expense. We do everything we can to make sure the pets in our care are safe.

So today we said goodbye to Rory “The Best” Murphy 💔 whilst he was definitely far from the best he was a character aka lovable jerk and we will miss him so much. He’ll be running around causing chaos no doubt wherever he is 💔

Who doesn’t love a puppy!!!! This is our newest family member little Ivy 😍 she came in for her first groom and rocked it! It was hard to give her back to my brother I’m not gonna lie 🙈 she is so cuddly and such a gorgeous wee pup. Can’t wait to watch her grow 🥰
