Hey everyone!

We are still super crazy at the moment, so there is limited space for new clients, and as usual these days we are booking roughly 4-6 weeks in advance depending on breed.

But I’m please to confirm that the lovely Amy from Clippin’ Canines will be joining us in salon, Amy is renting space and has availability for new clients. Drop her a like a follow please.

As always with groomers renting space in salon, if you book with the lovely Amy, your getting Amy not me or Jacqui, and Amy will have her own prices etc too.

We have had a few cases of mycotoxin poisoning recently. Its not a poisoning that folks are generally familiar with, so we thought we'd share the information to raise awareness.-

Ingestion of mouldy food from the bin or a compost pile puts dogs, cats, horses, livestock, and even wildlife at risk for toxicity due to tremorgenic mycotoxins. These toxins may be found in MOULDY bread, pasta, cheese, nuts, or other decaying matter like compost. Clinical signs include vomiting, agitation, incoordination, tremors, seizures, and elevated body temperature. A specific mycotoxin called aflatoxin can even cause liver failure. Be sure to keep mouldy food and compost out of your pets reach!

Afternoon all,
So Tracey is away for the week having a much needed week off.
I will be back in the salon on Wednesday if anyone needs booked in etc.

I thought I would take the opportunity to ask you all for some support in my fund raiser for Children’s Heart Beat Trust and Williams Buddies. Both close to my heart as both have helped me with my daughter Charlie over the years.

🚨Be warned 🚨

I’m off on a rant again.

Four! Yes FOUR no shows with no communication today resulting in a loss of around £200!!!!!

Extra staff brought in to accommodate clients because we have been so busy and then left with nothing.

It’s really not much to that if you no longer want to keep an appointment to have enough respect to cancel with enough notice to allow us the chance to fill the space. Now I know things can and do crop up last minute, life goes like that some times and that doesn’t bother me in the slightest, but to be as rude as to not bother to communicate with us, even via message or text, is totally uncalled for, How would you like to lose that amount of money from your weekly wage?

Going forward- there will be deposits required on all phone bookings, and reoccurring bookings will be handed in salon on there next booking. And may require rolling deposits.
