The madness is about to start! 😂🙈

I’ll be in salon from 9am every morning, so if anyone’s wants to drop off earlier than their morning appointment time your welcome to do so.

📍remember to drop off on time or let us know if running late- 15mins late and we won’t be able to take your dog
📍 make sure to pick up on time, we are not doggy day care. Sitting fees will be charged.
📍 chocolate makes us happy 🍫😂

Sorry for radio silence the last day or two,

I’m deleted business suite off my phone to give myself a little break from the constant messages, especially on my off time and over weekends.

But for some reason the two admin profiles where not verified and when I deleted business suite I deleted the two admin as well 😮🙈🙃 stupid I know!!

Anyways, moving along from my little blonde moment, I’m off today and tomorrow as on a trip to England for a show, I’ll have the diary over the weekend and will get back to anyone who I’ve missed messages from, please just give me a few days,

Morning everyone!

Now we are in the full swing of the Xmas madness. We will be playing catch up on messages today, if you haven’t hear from us by end of day drop us a reminder. ✏️

Jake, Yoshi & Milo here would like to remind you all of our Xmas rules.

📍Drop off ON TIME - reminder there is road works in Dundonald at present. we allow 15mins max past appt time for traffic etc, any later you will be refused and no show charged.
📍 collect ON TIME! - if your running slightly late please let us know, if your more than 15mins without any contact we will have to charge a sitting fee, we work our appts around the dogs that are in and their collection times, if your late and collect past our hours of business, there is an automatic £25 charge.
📍if you arrive early, call us before coming in, we could still be working on your dog, if the dog becomes upset with you coming in, we may not be able to complete the groom for safety of the dog, and you will still be charged full price.
📍 DO NOT DISTRACT ANY DOG! -I’ve had people lately coming in whistling while dogs (which aren’t even theirs) are on the table, we work with very sharp equipment, it is going to end up causes an accident.

That time of year again where Kennel Cough is doing the rounds.

📍DO NOT EVEN BRING YOUR DOG INTO SALON if they have a cough, you could easily put other dogs at risk as it’s an airborne virus,

📍can take up to 14days to develop,

📍your dog should be isolated for at least 14days,

📍dog must be cleared by vets before coming back to salon.

But ……..

We are now FULLY BOOKED for Christmas 🎄 🎅🏻 with no space to squeeze any more in. 🙈 I’d like to have my back in one piece for Christmas 😂

We only have very limited available over the next few weeks and then that’s us for 2024
