As 2024 comes to an end, I want to take this opportunity to thank each & every one of my lovely customers for supporting Luv-a-Dug Dog Grooming throughout the year.

Your support comes in many forms from rebooking every month, liking & sharing posts, recommending me to friends & family & most important of all, trusting me with your precious family members.

Luv-a-Dug opened in May 2018 & the majority of my beautiful dogs & their humans have been with me from the beginning. Without you all, there would be no Luv-a-Dug. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

So incredibly sad to hear that my beautiful wee pal AJ has gained his Angel wings & crossed the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 💔.

AJ was one of the first dogs to join the Luv-a-Dug family & will be sadly missed. He was the sweetest boy who loved a cuddle, when he felt like it, usually because he knew I had to stop to cuddle 🥰.

It has come to light some people had received appointments for this week when the appointment lists were sent out at the start of the year. These were automatically generated based on your schedule & I hadn't realised when the emails went out.

Please DO NOT turn up for these appointments if you received one, I am closed now returning on Monday 6th January. I will get new appointments out asap.

Marley was one of the very first visitors to Luv-a-Dug, regularly making me laugh with her nonsense 😁. Marley was the cutest, cheekiest, funniest wee girl. One of the smallest visitors to Luv-a-Dug HQ but with the biggest personality.

Absolutely heartbroken to learn that my gorgeous wee pal Kai gained his Angel wings on Sunday.
Kai was the sweetest, happiest wee soul & it has been an honour to play a small part in Kai's life over the last 5 years.
It never fails to amaze me how such a small, furry being can take up such a huge space in your heart. You will be missed wee man.

You have possibly seen or heard about the outbreak of parvo virus within Fife.

This is a serious illness which can still affect dogs who have been vaccinated. It is particularly serious for young pups, elderly dogs & dogs who have a compromised immune system.

I groom a few pups & quite a few golden oldies who are 14+ as well as a few dogs with a number of ongoing health concerns who are on lifelong medication.

In order to keep everyone as safe & healthy as possible I would ask that if your dog is unwell, you let me know & DO NOT bring your dog to be groomed. This may mean you're not in again until your next booked appointment however better to be safe.
