Dear Customers, if you have an inquiry regarding a holiday booking or bookings for a Cat (s) or Dog (s) , Rabbit (s), Guinea Pig (s), Small animals, or Birds, please call us first, and check that we have the availability to help you, and that we can except your booking dates. If you would be kind enough, to check with us, before filling out a booking form, and should you need a quote, we can give this to you over the phone. Please help us, help you, by filling in the online form, only after calling, and for that conformation we have the space for your animals. You are then entering a contract with us, once the form is filled in. We ask customers to call, and pay a deposit as soon as possible, but we may call you back, when we are free, or able to do so, this maybe more than 2 days. Our booking form now asks, for the debit card deposit, within two days of making a booking if possible.
We have started to receive online booking forms, with out customers calling to check we have spaces, and the animals have the correct vaccines, or just want a quote. We hope this information helps you, to help us, with your next vacation booking.
