I’ve just went to look at dates for a client and realised I’m fully booked now for the rest of 2024 and the first 2 months on 2025 😳😳😳 forever grateful to you lovely lot who keep me so busy!

I hate to be a naggy auntie Chloe but I’ve had an increase in clients not showing for their appointments over the last few weeks. I send out reminder messages for all appointments. If you cannot make your appointment when you receive these messages please can you let me know. Also if you do not receive reminder messages please can you confirm your mobile number with me so that I can check it against what I have in my system to ensure you can receive your reminders. Please can I remind my clients that it’s so important you are on time for dropping off and collecting your dog. I work on a back to back schedule and don’t like to have dogs from different families in at the same time. I understand that things crop up, so if this happens all I ask is that you let me know you’re going to be running late.

There’s been a few times I’ve had to ask my next client to wait with their dog outside until the dog inside has been collected. It’s not fair on people to waste their time. And it’s not fair on me as it knocks me back for the rest of the day.

It’s been a wee while since I’ve posted anything. I’m still extremely busy and grooming lots of lovely dogs, I really need to try and remember to take some before and after pictures 📸 please can all my clients check that they have their appointments in. My diary is open till the end of the year so if your able to I would strongly advice booking your appointments for the rest of the year. I am booked up until September with only a few small appointments available before then.

I would like to wish all my customers and their gorgeous dogs a very very merry Christmas 🎄 what a busy week it’s been, but now it’s time to enjoy Christmas with my family and I cannot wait. 2023 has been the most amazing year for my wee business and I have all my wonderful customers to thank for that. 🤗🤗🤗
