Happy Gotcha day to this special princess. One year of adventures with you 💗 I'm so sad that she has spent so much of her time with me unwell, but despite this, she remains the happiest, most loving, funniest dog. 🤞 we have some answers soon.
Being the dog that followed on from my "got me through my 20s heart dog" was never going to be easy but she's been just what I needed in my life, and I still believe he sent her to me. She's going to be my agility star, and I hope to have her in the grooming ring this year too. My little trooper. 🥰

9 years ago I travelled 6 hours to bring this boy home. He's seen me through so much since then, and no matter what life changes around him, he remains the same sweet soul. I'm grateful for a lot of things, but Spookie is pretty high up the list 💗

The final Great British Grooming Show yesterday, and final comp of the year 🇬🇧
No place for me and Dolly but honestly, I wasn't happy with my work 🙈 and the class was strong as always.
Dolly was a star who stole the show with her cuteness as always, and getting to hang out with her is win enough for me.
Massive congratulations are in order for who came 1st in handstrip open 🏅 so glad you've joined this journey with me!
And to who took 1st in Asian open today, all I can say is the right dog won!
Well done to everyone who showed up and competed 👏

So hard to get a good photo of this beautiful girl but she was a darling yet again at today.

No place but honestly I was just there for feedback from 🤩 and I was pretty happy with the job done.

Huge HUGE congratulations to for taking a 1st place in her first ever Competition with my main man Pepi.

All in all a 10/10 day 🥳

The British Creative Dog Grooming Championships was a lesson in perseverance for me yesterday 😅
At the end of a long week, and after driving half way to the salon to prepare Dolly and realising I didn't have my keys. I had to turn around and drive home again 🫣 Leaving me to prep her in less than ideal conditions, with whatever I had to hand, at home, on my utility room side, in half the time...
Safe to say the prep wasn't up to my preferred standard, but honestly I'm just proud that I didn't cry and stay home. (Well, I did cry). 🙃
I thoroughly enjoyed spending 2 hours focused on this little princess, and my feedback considering my morning was pretty good and some valuable things taken away to work with, so overall not a bad result in the circumstances 💖
So if you saw me yesterday and I seemed moody, I promise I was enjoying myself! I was just stressed 🙊

Another weekend, another amazing show. Had a brilliant time at The South East Grooming Show, and happy to come away with a second place in handstrip terrier.
The rosettes from this show are absolutely gorgeous and I so wanted one! 😅
The legs are STILL my nemesis, but I'm going to go away and work on them until they're perfect! 😈

An amazing day at for rhe first competition of the year!
I wasn't so sure on my chances today as the class was strong but I was so excited to come away with 2nd place!!
As always I've learnt something and have things to adjust but I love working with this little munchkin so much.
Thank you to the judge for the placement but also the feedback which was both helpful and encouraging.
Bring on the next one 🤩

This is lovely Edith, swipe for the transformation of the century 😍
Edith was rescued by the amazing team at Appledown Rescue and Rehoming Kennels - Eaton Bray after she was found as a stray in a bit of a mess.
They removed all her matted hair to get her comfortable again and I've been working with her new mum to find the poodle that's in there somewhere ❤️
She is the sweetest pea with a temperament to die for even after people failed her once, in fact she's usually asleep whilst I clip in her feet 😅
Her body is short for the moment whilst her hair (hopefully) recovers from the damage but either way she's a beauty.
