Good morning, an update about photos 📸

I have been off unwell so I'm a little behind but I'm aiming to have them all out to you in the next few days so keep an eye out for your emails.

The turn around is up to 5 working days (Mon-Fri) as I do have other tasks to complete, not just photos.

We strive to get the best photo of your pup however its not always possible so make sure to tell fluffy to give their best pose 🙊

We've wiggled and we've squeezed all of the Full Grooming appointments we could possibly fit in our diary to the point where we are now fully booked.

We do have one final grooming appointment left for a small short coated dog groom (ie - Frenchie, Chihuahua, Bulldog, Staff - similar type coats) for this Saturday 7th December at 13:10

£15 non refundable deposit per dog is required to secure your appointment. This pays towards the cost of your groom unless you rebook then the deposit secures your next booking.

⚠️ No deposit = booking unconfirmed and risk of losing your slot and given to someone else. Please make payment within 24hrs of your booking to avoid it it being cancelled.

❌ 48-hours must be given to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid charges.

❤️‍🩹 If at any time your dogs welfare changes, please keep us updated immediately so we can make any necessary adjustments for the comfort and well-being of your dog. We do not accept pregnant dogs or dogs in season.

🦟 FLEAS - Please make sure your dog is kept up to date with their flea treatment and regularly check their coat. If we find any fleas on your dog, we may turn you away and charges will be applied.

💩 Ensure your dog has been toileted, a relieved dog makes a more comfortable and enjoyable groom for us both.

⏰ Be on time for your appointment. Do not arrive earlier than 5mins before your time slot unless we ask you to.

🦮 Keep dogs on a short lead at all times for their safety.

⏳ We'll advise you an estimate time for your dogs booking however sometimes interruptions may occur. Make sure you have made an efficient amount of time for your dogs appointment. Timing depends on breed, coat condition and temperament and the price will reflect on this.
