❗IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT❗

We bring you sad news that unfortunately we are having to close our doors at Spaniels & Co at the end of our lease later this month.

Due to ill health and personal reasons we are unable to enter into a new lease ourselves and although we were very near to passing over all to prospective buyers, to continue to offer our gold standard service and products to the community of Chester-Le-Street, this has since fallen through.
(If anyone is wanting to take on this fabulous business get in touch with your contact number ASAP)

We are absolutely devastated, as I'm sure you are, to be saying goodbye to these valued & well respected goods, service and relationships we have built to support our customers.

We would both like to thank you all for your continued support, our business would not have grown to what it had become without our lovely clients.

We will take this opportunity to also give a shout out to our valuable team members;
Ali, (who most of our regular customers will have met) She shines brightly as she is always willing to help anyone and everyone with advice and support, and is like a little bee working away on ideas and sorting through stock and new products to support us, and working on the shop floor.
And Josh who joined our little family in the spring as his first job and has grown in confidence over recent months meeting clients and learning about new products. Josh was the one behind the fabulous social media posts and what an absolute star he is.
We wish them both well on their next adventures and will always be there to support them remotely.

Although we won't be placing new orders for food / supplies, Please do continue to support us over the next couple of weeks if you can, to come and get your pets goodies for Xmas, and stock up on their favourite treats. 🙏
