🧼🚿Who doesn’t love a nice hot shower?🚿🧼

Portable hot wash available to hire!

Why not treat your horse to a nice warm shower before clipping? or take the opportunity to make sure your horse is squeaky clean before a days hunting. Here are a few benefits of the horse hot wash:

🔹Hot water helps activate the shampoo and deliver it to the roots of the hair, allowing it to effectively perform a better job of removing debris and grease form your horse.

🔹Hot water results in a happy horse, especially when the temperature is cold. Even in the summer, if the horses are really sweaty after exercising, it is recommended not to hose the horse with cold water, as this can create complications such as significant blood vessel constriction.

🔹if you use hot water to wash your horse during the colder months, it means the horse will dry quicker and won’t be left wet on a cold winters day and run the risk of your horse catching a chill.

Set out a simple little obstacle course today to be completed on the long lines. Jump wings to weave in and out of, poles to walk over/through, tarpaulin to walk over and fillers to walk through. Something like this is an important part of a horses education because it’s a great way of exposing your horse to different objects, which will in time desensitise and make your horse braver😊

Well I must admit I was a bit sceptical about the liquid titanium masks when I first heard about them. I used it on my mare out on a hack today after her not been ridden for a couple days, I could definitely see a difference. She stood like a rock to let me get on fully without walking off, which she usually doesn’t. When I turned home she didn’t jig jog or canter sideways, which she has been doing lately due to not being in consistent work. Hopefully this isn’t a coincidence🤞🏻
