Introducing our new dog to the rehoming pack! Say hello to Marvin (the cream and white one). He is a 7 month old, male Lurcher and is now available for rehoming. Here he is doing some socialising with our lovely Jessie (who is also STILL looking for a home). Marvin is very inquisitive, curious about everything and very cuddly 🐶 As you can also see he walks great on the lead and seems to get along great with other dogs. He could also possibly live with older children.

This big, playful and happy boy is Bodie. At around 7 month old he is still very young and full of energy. As you can see he absolutely LOVES to play with his teddies. He will happily entertain himself if he has some toys and a garden to run around in until he tires himself out. He is very loving, friendly and gets along with everyone he meets and he is available to be rehomed as of now. He could possibly live with other dogs and children.

This beautiful girl is Jessie. Our 6 year old Lurcher. We took her in the play pen yesterday whilst the sun was shining for a bit of a play and have a run around but instead she just wanted to cuddle 😊 This is classic Jessie behaviour. She loves a cuddle, having a fuss made of her and just being with people. She is calm natured and fairly laid back. She gets on great with everyone she meets. She is desperately looking for her forever home. She could possibly live with other dogs and children.

This big loveable boy is Bruno. Bruno is a 7 year 1 month old Labrador. He is available to be rehomed now. As you can see he is a big lad and can be a bit strong on the lead so is currently being trained on a halti which does help him walk better. He is still in training and is still getting used the sensation of the halti being on his face but he is doing very well and often forgets that it's there which is great!
He is very friendly and absolutely loves a cuddle, belly rubs and getting a fuss made of him. He will need an owner who is used to handling large breeds and who is physically fit to continue his lead training. He could possibly live with other dogs but no children.

Say hello to Lionel. He is a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier. He has been in over a month now and unfortunately still hasn't found his forever home.
As you can see in the video he is very playful. He loves playing fetch. Tennis balls are his absolute favourite. He has a lot of energy so will require someone who can help burn this off and tire him out. He does also have a slight issue with his windpipe which can sometimes cause a harsh coughing sound when he is pulling on the lead or gets excited but as you can see this isn't affecting him in any way at all.
He is available now and would love to meet you. He is looking for a home with no other dogs however he could possibly live with older children.

The handsome Rusty was proud as punch showing off his new cow teddy today 🐮🧸 He is a 4 year old Stafford Bull Terrier. Rusty is very loving, friendly and will happily stop and say hello to anyone who passes by. Give him a teddy or two and he will happily entertain himself. He can get over excited at times and jump up at you for cuddles so does still need to learn some manners still. Rusty and his cow are available for rehoming today and he would love the chance to meet you! He is looking for a home with no children. He can possibly live with other dogs.

This beautiful happy boy is Reuben. He is a 10 month old male lurcher. He had been with us at Stray Aid for 1 month now but unfortunately has had little to no interest. He is extremely loving and affectionate. His favourite thing in the world is getting cuddles off his carers. He appears to get on well with everyone that he meets. The first thing he will do is come to you for a cuddle. As he is still young he still needs to learn some manners and will still need some basic training. He has met other dogs since being here and loves to play however he has lots of energy so will need another dog who can match him.

This handsome chap is Luca. He has been with us quite a while but has had virtually no interest. He is a 1 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross. As you can see is a very happy and playful boy. He is still very young so will still require some basic training. He will definitely benefit from lots of walks and lots of playtime to help keep him occupied. A home with no other dogs or children would be best.

This big bundle of fun is Gus. He is 1 year 6 months old. Breed still unknown 🤷♂️😂. This handsome boy is still looking for his forever home. Preferably an active home who can match his energy. He loves getting out and about and walks nicely on the lead. He is very affectionate and loves to play with his cuddly teddies. Say hello to Merlin. He is a 3 year old Lurcher who is looking for his forever home. This loving and gentle soul would be best suited to a quiet home with no other animals or children. He is very easily spooked by loud noises or sudden/unexpected movements. Once he realises that you aren't scary he will follow you around and if you sit with him he will happily come over and sit with you or even stand on your knees if you sit on the floor as shown in the video. This seems to be his little safety spot. He will need a patient owner who understands the type of home he needs. He needs to build a lot of confidence which will take time.
