Sometimes we don't take a lot of photos. Rest assured on these days it's because we have to pay particular attention to your furry friends. It's amazing how a number of factors can upset the apple cart. It only takes one of them to get out of their bed the wrong way 🤣 Some of them get very excited when it's windy. It could be that one of the girls might be coming into season. 🐕🐶 Competing over a ball is a prime example 😅

Going to be a wet week
Don't forget to leave towels out. I will do my best to dry them with the time I have. If you want them leaving in a specific room let me know. Sometimes customers leave towels in the kitchen or utility floors, some have drying coats. 🌧️💦🐾

.......Polite reminder.......

I am still waiting for payment on a number of invoices from last week. Whilst I appreciate we have busy lives I do need those payments paid promptly. This is a small business and runs financially quite tight. I need to keep the cash flow flowing as I'm sure you understand.
Moving forward your dogs will not be collected if you have not paid for the previous week's walks. Payments are meant to be paid by Friday on a weekly basis as confirmed in your initial consultation. I know sometimes I don't send invoices out until the weekend but you do already know my hourly rate so therefore know what you owe.
I dont want to move over to a payment before walk system but I will consider it for those that don't pay on time.
