🐾**Puppy Love Alert!** 🐾

We had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest Labrador puppy today on their very first visit to the vet! 🐶❤️

This little bundle of joy was a superstar—brave, curious, and full of puppy kisses! We're happy to report a clean bill of health and lots of tail wags. 🩺✨

🐱Is Your Cat Microchipped🐱

By 10th of June 2024 it will be a legal requirement for all cats over 20 weeks of age to be microchipped and registered on a database.

By microchipping your cats, this can increase the likelihood that you will be reunited with your beloved pet in the event that they go missing.

Today was an extremely sad day at Gilmoor as our lovely receptionist Christine hung up the phone for the last time.

Christine started at the practice back in 1990 and has seen many great changes within the practice. She definitely deserves a well earned rest and a relaxing retirement. From everyone at Gilmoor, we would like to say a massive thank you to Christine for everything you’ve given us over the years: your dedication, your advice, your wit and your support.

We wish you all best and hope your retirement is stress free (we all know you have three Sealyham terriers at home and a Stephen so, maybe not totally stress free).

WE WILL MISS YOU TERRIBLY! - please come back and see us.

We remember, lest we forget ❤️💜

On this day, when we honour those who have fought for our country and our freedom, it's hard to find the words to express just what they have given each and every one of us.

The purple poppy is often worn to remember animals that have been victims of war.

Animals like horses, dogs and pigeons were often drafted into the war effort, and those that wear the purple poppy feel their service should be seen as equal to that of human service.
