Today was the last day of Muddy Paws.
Where do I start... It was an emotional one!
Firsty I want to say a huge thank you to you all for your kindness and support.
I was anxious about making the announcement that we were closing as I knew this would cause so many people a problem. However I need not have worried.. we have had nothing but support and well wishes! In fact it has blown us away!!
Tonight my home is filled with cards and lovely gifts, lots of them read.. ' "you were part of our family" wow, we really felt that! We've been there to see your weddings, your new homes, met your new babies and some sad times too. It was a huge honour to be welcomed in to your families and a privilege that was never taken for granted.
Muddy Paws was a HUGE success, better than I ever could have imagined and I am so glad we are leaving on a high. I am so proud of what we achieved. This wasn't just down to our team of 3, it was our family, close friends and other local businesses. You all got behind us and your support was amazing. We have made life long friends and I don't regret a moment of it!
No words will ever be enough to say thank you to Sam and Dave. I had a dream over 5 years ago and you believed in me and helped me to make that dream a reality.. You are Muddy Paws, the most loyal, dedicated and caring people I could ever have wished to be on this journey with. Sam and Dave.. You are amazing and I'll be forever grateful for the laughs, love and support you have shown me, the dogs and the business. I know you loved it too ❤️
We created some special memories that I know we will look back on fondly.
We know that no job will ever be as good as this.. But all good things must come to an end.. And now is the right time.
Although the overriding emotion tonight is sadness.. We are also excited for a new chapter and for the adventures that lie ahead.
We hope you will stay in touch and keep us up to date with your adventures too.
