2024 has been another very busy year for us at The Feed Warehouse and for that we are genuinely grateful. We value your custom and we will try our best to bring you a great range of products for 2025 including some new and exciting ranges. For now we wish all our customers and your pets a very happy new year!

Well what can we say… after blood, sweat and nearly a few tears during the build, we managed to open our 3rd store today. We simply couldn’t have done it without the help and assistance of some great friends, family, staff & local businesses. Thank you once again to Janice for officially opening our new store. Our Story

The Feed Warehouse is a family owned and run business which has been operating as a feed merchant since the early 1990’s. Previous to this, back in the 1960’s on wards, we were poultry farmers with over 4,000 hens producing eggs for the local area. Eddie founded the company and traded under the ‘Eggy Shell’ name with his Son, Sean, re-branding the company in 2009 as ‘The Feed Warehouse’. Sean is now at the helm steering the company into new and exciting directions.

We have 2 Warehouses based in Consett and Durham. Find us at Browney, County Durham DH7 8HX, Delves Lane, Consett DH7 8JU. With over 10,000 bags of pet feed currently in stock at our Durham and Consett warehouses, as well as bedding and a host of accessories, The Feed Warehouse is your ‘one stop’ shop for all your pet needs. We supply feed for dog, cats, ferrets, pigeons, hens, waterfowl, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, donkeys, hamsters, pigs, sheep, cows, fish, wild birds, aviary birds plus many more! We also offer free delivery on any bulk orders. All our staff are trained to help and even load your car for you. Please feel free to come and have a browse in one of our stores. We buy in bulk and pass the discounts on directly to you.

Why shop local? We actively support local charities, events and goodwill causes. In 2019 we gave away over £10,000 in the North East.
