Dear little Rupert has spent his precious puppy months recovering from a vicious attack. His owners have been brilliant with him and it shows with his remarkable recovery and change from a frightened pup not wanting me to touch any part of him, to this waggy little dog that has accepted grooming and had a lovely cuddle afterwards. Rupert you are a gorgeous little boy 🥰

Welcome wee Jay, a wee oldie, abandoned in the pound at the mouth of Christmas and his behaviour only suggests what a horrible life he has had. This is what his foster has said about him 💔

I don't know what kind of life he has had but he is terrified of everyone and everything. His first night here he hid behind the TV unit and that was his safe space, he paced round and round it he was so nervous. If he tried to venture away from it and someone moved he'd run straight back in. He cowers away and runs if you try to pet him. We are taking things very slowly. He will now sit with Aidan on the sofa and doesn't leave his side and has started to wag his tail for him 😍
He cant go for walks, he completely freezes. He hugs the wall and the fence when he goes outside to toilet and even the sound of our footsteps on the frost makes him cower. It is heartbreaking but we'll take our time with him and go at his pace. He is absolutely adorable, a gentle wee soul.

His recovery starts now, at his pace but for now he will spend a lovely Christmas with his very special foster family 🎅🏻
