Just look at how content Jasmine looks in her new home 😍 She was such a shy girl here at the centre so it makes us very happy to see her so settled already.

Wow - what a milestone to end 2023 on! 🥳🥳 Thank you to all our followers and supporters, new and old!
It made us feel tired just watching the lovely Milo and Connie play together over at Brambles field! We are hopeful that Milo will soon be off to his new home but we would love to find Connie her new home too. You can find out more about Connie and apply to adopt her via our website https://www.borderspetrescue.org/product/connie/
Minnie
A little update for the lovely Minnie, the cat brought to us following an RTA. She has been back at the vets for further X-rays and unfortuately the X-rays showed that her pelvis is still broken. She will need to stay on cage rest for another 2 weeks and then have another review. She is such a lovely girl, so brave and resilient.
Ultima
Happy Boxing Day! Lovely Ultima is feeling a bit lazy today, all the excitement of yesterday has tired her out. If you would like to offer Ultima a home or find out more about her, go to our website https://www.borderspetrescue.org/product/ultima/

*Bonnie and Breagha, 1 week post adoption*
Just look how happy and settled Bonnie and Breagha look after just 1 week in their new home. 🥰 They look like they have always been there and their new owner has said they are doing great. We are so pleased for them.
Minnie
You might remember Minnie from our post a few weeks ago appealing for information about her. She was found with her pelvis broken in 3 places after being involved in a road traffic accident. Sadly no-one has come forward for her so we will be looking for a new home for her once she has recovered from her injuries. She is currently on strict cage rest and is doing really well but she still has a long way to go. She is such a friendly girl desite everything she is going through. Lets all wish her a speedy recovery 🤞

Abandoned/stray cat
We are still urgently looking for information regarding this cat who was brought into us last week after being found in a layby just outside Earlston. We believe she may also have been in Kelso recently.
She appears to be well looked after and she's a lovely girl but we are just looking for her owners to get in touch with us to provide any medical/vaccination history they can. If anyone has any information, you can contact us anonymously on 01896 849090 or email [email protected]

Jasper
Our "Pet Of The Week" Jasper can be quite reactive to traffic and people but look how well he's doing here! He really is a lovely boy who just needs an owner with the time and patience to help with his training!
