You ask, what have I been up to? 🤔
Other than baby groups… We’ve had a family trip to Scotland for the Royal Highland Show plus adventures 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Alfie and I have taken Max on some walks in various weathers 🌦️. Alfie making friends with previous clients and some other dog friends 🐶. Done some ‘helping’ on the farm (shutting gates) 🐮. Completed Breastfeeding Peer Support Skills 🎓
A trip to Lincoln to get dressed up for my friend’s wedding, bridesmaid 👗

Dogs rely on us to keep them safe, entertained, and occupied during the day. We control and dictate a lot about what our dogs do during the day, what time they eat, when they go out for walks, what toys they have, and when and if they have access to playing with or engaging with other dogs, or exciting things in the environment like water, mud, or underbrush. Dogs thrive on structure, routine, and clear expectations. (Even Max!).

Dogs are usually happy to let us take the lead, but it can be fun, and enriching when time and space allows, to give your dog the opportunity to take the lead and make decisions about where you walk!
This was that day for Max!!

Facebook keeps whingeing at me for not posting in a while! I have no cow or doggy updates 🐾

So… here’s me over the August Bank Holiday at my Baby Shower. About 4 more weeks (give or take) until Baby Steer arrives, dare I say we are ready…!
