4th Gotcha day for our Viszlamentes loon....brings smiles and so much laughter EVERY day, life is definitely better for us with Ziva in our lives...my favourite GWP!

Thought I should introduce our new family member... a Wirehaired Viszla called Iris from Vizslamentés UK Rescue Trust . It's been an interesting week getting used to our new addition who loves to nibble toes, trouser hems, dressing gowns, us and loves her sleep and food. Can go from a sleepy 0-60 in 1 second flat but can't imagine the home without her. Love her to bits already, we are going to have such fun and adventures together.

FLEAS..... Yuk I hear you cry and shudder but it's an unfortunate downside of owning a dog (or cats). Regular treatment is recommended and once you have an infestation you must keep on top of the cleaning and treatment to ensure you get rid of all stages of the flea. If you are in the midst of this....keep going even if it seems never ending.

This is what my two are doing in this heat...No walks as these two loons go from 0-60 in 2 seconds... How are all yours coping? Me...I am seeking shade..only lasted 2 mins in the sun and also didn't want my Ziva shadow in the sun... spot Peggy hiding in the shade...so I am catching up on my learning development and enjoying the slight breeze...
