That's a Wrap, Maties Dog Walking is officially closed and I am now on maternity leave.

would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last 2 and a half years. I could have never predicted the growth of the company and how successful it has become and I am truly saddened to see my little company close.

I can't put into words how incredibly lucky I have been to have met some wonderful family's and doggies over this time and saying goodbye yesterday was not an easy task. All my socials are staying open and I will always welcome pupdates and catch up's from you all, so please do not be strangers.

For now, I am unsure on what is going to happen in the future in terms of dates ect. I plan to spend time preparing and getting ready for our future little family and enjoying every moment of that new born stage. Once I know more about returning, I will let you all know. (I will be scrapping my work sim so if you require to get in contact please do so via Instagram or Facebook)

This Christmas make sure that you make your Dogs as safe as possible by avoiding this items...

Alcohol- Alcohol has similar effects on dogs which it has to humans, so lets avoid the drunken messes this year please.

Chocolate- The ingredient theobromine which is in chocolate is poisonous to dogs.

Mistletoe and Holly berries both contain toxins which can cause your dog an upset tummy, excessive drooling and being wobbly on their feet.

Onions, Garlic, Leeks, Shallots and Chives- All belong to the the Allium species of plants and are poisonous to dogs weather they are cooked or uncooked.

Sweets- Some sweets contain the ingredient xylitol, which is poisonous to dogs.

Meat Bones- This is a bit of a controversial one as some say they can eat them others say they shouldn't. Personally I would not take the risk however I would suggest that you do your own research on this before your pup gets hold of any

Christmas puddings and Mince Pies Both contain Raisins and sultanas which are highly toxic to dogs and consumption can be fatal.

Happy 1st birthday Maties Dog Walking! 🎉🎂 A year ago today I took a big step and opened up Maties Dog Walking Company. Which turned out to be the best decision I have ever made! What a first year year we have had, we’ve achieved more than I could have ever imagined and had so much fun along the way! We’ve met sooo many lovely doggy’s and clients, held our first ever Christmas party, brought a van and renovated it and opened up a online Natural treat store!!! Once again I can’t thank you all enough for all your support over the last year and allowing me the pleasure of walking all your wonderful dogs! 🥰
